  20xx年9月20日,按照市教研室的安排通知,我有幸參加了瘋狂英語(yǔ)創(chuàng)始人李陽(yáng)老師在臨河一中為巴彥淖爾全市中小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師舉辦的講學(xué)活動(dòng)。

  李陽(yáng)老師的講學(xué),針對(duì)中小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中存在的一些客觀問(wèn)題而展開(kāi),引起了與會(huì)教師的廣泛關(guān)注。李陽(yáng)老師介紹的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),就我個(gè)人而言,未必能完全適用。但李陽(yáng)老師所提出的不少觀點(diǎn),我認(rèn)為確實(shí)具有很大的借鑒價(jià)值。事實(shí)上,我所主持的《基礎(chǔ)英語(yǔ)36字學(xué)習(xí)方案》課題內(nèi)涵中的有些東西(如:強(qiáng)化語(yǔ)音實(shí)踐,巧用母語(yǔ)優(yōu)勢(shì)),就是得益于李陽(yáng)老師及其他外語(yǔ)教學(xué)專家的啟發(fā)。

  我認(rèn)為,要想真正地深化教學(xué)**,就必須敢于開(kāi)放自己的教研視野,敢于虛心了解別人提出的教學(xué)主張。這樣,我們才會(huì)有更多的可借鑒的東西用于反思自己,用于創(chuàng)新或完善。閉門造車,或獨(dú)囿于一家之言,是很難創(chuàng)新的。因此,我非常感謝市教研室能夠提供這樣的開(kāi)放的學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)。現(xiàn)將本次學(xué)習(xí)之后的心得體會(huì)匯報(bào)如下,希望可以和我市更廣泛的中小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師共同交流。

  一、聽(tīng)李陽(yáng)老師講學(xué)所錄之12條筆記

  1.語(yǔ)音教學(xué)要常抓不懈。

  2.教英語(yǔ)就是教語(yǔ)法,教語(yǔ)法就是教句型。

  3.語(yǔ)法翻譯+背誦,是最有效的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)法。

  4.漢語(yǔ)是文字語(yǔ)言,英語(yǔ)是語(yǔ)法語(yǔ)言。

  5.通過(guò)一篇文章的透徹講解和反復(fù)背誦,讓孩子愛(ài)上英語(yǔ)。

  6.英語(yǔ)老師的首要使命是簡(jiǎn)化英語(yǔ)。(用拼音教英語(yǔ);按發(fā)音劃分音節(jié);語(yǔ)法只有六個(gè)字——主謂賓定狀補(bǔ))

  7.讀“準(zhǔn)”單詞是背單詞最好的方法。

  8.越夸張就越地道越自信,記憶越深刻。

  9.成就感帶來(lái)持久的動(dòng)力。

  10.結(jié)構(gòu)清,句意明,理解快,背誦易。

  11.打基礎(chǔ)從背誦單選題開(kāi)始。

  12.背誦不靠記憶,靠解構(gòu)能力。

  二、兩點(diǎn)心得體會(huì)

  1.教師要正確理解運(yùn)用新課程理念,****學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)能力的培養(yǎng)。

  李陽(yáng)老師的講學(xué)內(nèi)容中,絲毫沒(méi)有提到《英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》所“建議”的“任務(wù)型教學(xué)法”。但是,他所介紹的一些學(xué)英語(yǔ)的主張(如:“讀準(zhǔn)單詞是背單詞的最好的方法”,“越夸張就越地道越自信,記憶越深刻”,“成就感帶來(lái)持久的動(dòng)力”),卻極其有利于學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)能力的培養(yǎng)和良好學(xué)**慣的養(yǎng)成。這也正是《英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》所明確提倡的:“使學(xué)生樹(shù)立自信心,發(fā)展學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力,為他們的終身學(xué)習(xí)和發(fā)展打下良好的基礎(chǔ)”。

  遺憾的是,不少英語(yǔ)教師往往忽視學(xué)生的實(shí)際學(xué)情,錯(cuò)誤理解《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》所提倡的“興趣原則”,曲意迎合《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》所“建議”的“任務(wù)型教學(xué)法”框架,過(guò)分重視課堂上“興趣氣氛”的營(yíng)造,片面講究教學(xué)流程的完美,卻舍不得花費(fèi)足夠的時(shí)間來(lái)訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)能力。這種本末倒置的作法,直接導(dǎo)致學(xué)生“自主學(xué)習(xí)能力”的嚴(yán)重缺失――相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)生甚至到了高中階段仍然使用“背字母順序”的極其錯(cuò)誤且低效的學(xué)習(xí)方法來(lái)記憶英語(yǔ)單詞。學(xué)習(xí)方法的錯(cuò)誤,必導(dǎo)致學(xué)習(xí)信心的下降,如此又豈能保障課堂上極其短暫的學(xué)習(xí)興趣得以維持?

  立足所教學(xué)生的具體學(xué)情,下大力氣培養(yǎng)他們“自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力”,才能讓學(xué)生在卓有成效的學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中真正地“體驗(yàn)成就感,樹(shù)立自信心”。如此,才能算作是真正地理解運(yùn)用新課程理念。

  2.教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)者應(yīng)多一些務(wù)實(shí),少一些“教條”。

  李陽(yáng)所倡導(dǎo)的一些教學(xué)主張,是在借鑒**外某些外語(yǔ)教學(xué)流派以及**一些語(yǔ)言教學(xué)專家所提倡的某些實(shí)用型主張(如:語(yǔ)法翻譯+背誦)基礎(chǔ)上形成的。這就啟示我們,在遵守《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》基本理念的同時(shí),我們應(yīng)該大膽開(kāi)放自己的教研視野,而不是亦步亦趨地將自己束縛在某一個(gè)具體的模式中。

  目前所用的《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》是我**語(yǔ)教學(xué)專家們一個(gè)階段以來(lái)各自研究而產(chǎn)生的集體成果。正如已故的胡春洞教授曾說(shuō)過(guò)的,“《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》不是盡善盡美的,是需要我們大家來(lái)共同完善的。”在選擇或設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)方法時(shí),教師應(yīng)該盡量考慮“如何充分發(fā)揮其個(gè)人優(yōu)勢(shì)、盡量避免其難以彌補(bǔ)的個(gè)人劣勢(shì)”,“如何**學(xué)生開(kāi)始有效學(xué)習(xí)”。每個(gè)教師個(gè)人的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)不盡相同,所面對(duì)學(xué)生的具體學(xué)情也并非全國(guó)**,這就再次證明了“教無(wú)定法”是極其正確的鐵律。在觀摩那些“優(yōu)質(zhì)課”時(shí),我們應(yīng)該去體會(huì)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)“教師的揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短”,如何**學(xué)生的“有效學(xué)習(xí)”,而不是盲目地模仿人家的教學(xué)套路。

  這就要求教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)者應(yīng)該為教師提供更多的**空間,以便于他們更多地了解**外主要的外語(yǔ)教學(xué)流派所主張的觀點(diǎn),并從中選擇或創(chuàng)造更適合于自己“揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短”、更適合于所教學(xué)生“有效學(xué)習(xí)”的教學(xué)方法。

  講座開(kāi)始了,李菲阿姨的講座的題目是:用激情點(diǎn)燃?jí)粝耄松讲絼?chuàng)價(jià)值。講座分為九章外加一個(gè)尾聲,第一章是夢(mèng)想,第二章是堅(jiān)強(qiáng),第三章是毅力,第四章是超越,第五章是擇夢(mèng),第六章是擔(dān)當(dāng),第七章是專注,第八章是激情,第九章是圓夢(mèng),尾聲是感恩。在有些章的下面會(huì)有一些話,比如說(shuō)第六章的人生無(wú)處不戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)笑到最后,笑得最好。和第七章的勇闖商海,說(shuō)得好!做的要更好……在講座里李菲阿姨講的大概都是一些自己的人生經(jīng)歷,讓我最意想不到的是李菲阿姨竟然6歲的時(shí)候就獲得了全國(guó)的武術(shù)冠軍,我很佩服李菲阿姨,所以我在講座結(jié)束的時(shí)候向李菲阿姨要了簽名。

  Last week we travelled to Mt. huang in Anhui Province. That is my first time to go there.

  We went there by train and bus. It took us 1 night to get there. We have eaten many kinds of Hui Food. I like them very much. We have climbed the Mt.Huang for 2 day and we also have lived in the hotel which is on the top of Mt. Hunag.It is exciting. The weather on the mountain always rain. It was wonderful too. We have taken the telpher. It was the most exciting. The mountain is not only amazing but also beautiful. I love this mountain.

  Travel to Mountain Huang is one of the most unforgettable travel in my memory. I really want to go there again.
