　　寒假,我讀了高爾基的自傳體小說《童年》，它給我的感觸頗深。

　　它向我們藝術地展示了阿廖沙在黑暗社會追求光明的奮斗歷程，還有十九世紀七十到八十年代的俄國社會風貌。3歲的時候，父親病故，母親就帶阿廖沙回了娘家�？上�外公是個自私而又專橫的小業(yè)主，但是資本**俄國的發(fā)展打斷了外公發(fā)財的好夢，從此破產以至于貧困潦倒�？蓱z的母親改嫁之后，生病而死，十一歲的作者被外公殘忍地趕出了家門，到社會上自謀生路……其實，阿廖沙的原型就是高爾基本人，高爾基借阿廖沙這個人物來描述自己的童年。高爾基用真實優(yōu)美的文筆描述了自已苦難而令人難以置信童年.

　　我們現在豐衣足食，要什么有什么，又是父母的“掌上明珠”、“心肝寶貝”哪能和高爾基那悲慘的童年相提并論，年代的不同就是這差別，一個是天堂，一個是**；一個充滿陽光，一個到處黑暗。我們現在的童年來之不易啊！童年充滿著歡樂，童年到處是溫暖，童年是值得回憶的相機，童年愛滿心窩！而高爾基的童年除了一些教育和友誼，沒有什么再值得回憶！

　　假如我們生活俄國沙皇時期又會怎么樣？會認為那根本不是人生活的地方嗎？我們不僅要珍惜眼前的幸福，而且要學會制造幸福。屠格涅夫說過：“屠格涅夫說過：“想要得到幸福，你首先要學會吃得起苦�！泵篮玫纳�活必須有所付出，才會長久，有所爭取，才會得到.

　　考拉小巫的故事就是一個選擇和堅持的故事，就像進入一間密室，只有從黑暗和碰壁中堅持下來的人，才有機會開啟通向光明的大門。我佩服考拉小巫的勇氣，選擇之后堅持到底，雖有過彷徨、迷茫、無助，甚至自我懷疑，但那孤注一擲的風格，堅持到底的毅力，生命不止、奮斗不息的精神，幫助她一路披荊斬棘，沖向夢想開花的地方。這樣的女孩，值得擁有一切美好的事物！

　　看了考拉小巫的故事，我覺得要想成功，需要有值得你奮斗的夢想，有孤注一擲的勇氣和奮斗到底的堅持。翻***本，我問自己，你的夢想是什么？你準備好為你的夢想奮斗了嗎？你有勇氣放棄一切，有勇氣面對“密室”中的灰暗和碰壁嗎？你有堅持到底奮斗不息的毅力嗎？

　　的確，并不是每個人都能做到，每個人都有夢想。但也許考拉小巫的生活態(tài)度和想法對我來說很有啟發(fā)。做一個像考拉小巫一樣勇敢的人，為自己的夢想而拼！

　　第四章規(guī)劃了孩子的學習路線，并注明了各時期的要點。實操性了很強！

　　第五章是作者的家教手記。第六章對一些共性問題進行了答疑。

　　書看完了，接下來我需要花大功夫去研究視頻，音頻，書。做好分類整理，做好規(guī)劃，及時推送。還需要提升自己的英語水*，尤其是發(fā)音。因為書里提到的noChinese幼兒園，我們小城市沒有。那么3000的聽力詞匯，除了利用視頻音頻，最好的還是家長面對面的利用生活中的物品和行為與孩子進行互動。

And I gather there must be something special, something really great about it. It's this conviction that drove me to read it at the first beginning. Well, with due respect to the author, I failed to see how this fairytale be worthy of our attention, despite the fact that many readers claimed this book to be designed for *s.

　　Anyway, as a well-acknowledged book, it must possess unique feature to maintain it's position. And it's reputation and popularity will by no means be destroyed by what an unknown man says. I will talk about the main contents of the book, and the inspiration it renders as usual.

　　This book mainly tells us the experience of a prince from a tiny planet, who traveled to many other planets and finally came to the earth and met the pilot in a desert. The prince and the pilot became good friends, and the pilot gradually got to know the feeling and experience of his friend. Before he came to the earth, little prince had been to other 6 little planets where he made acquaintance with some strange people. The first man he met was a king on a little planet, yet he claimed to be the king of the space and ridiculously justified his unshakable governance over all. The second person was a man of vanity, who enjoyed compliments of any form without considering whether it's sincere or not. The third person was an alcoholic who tried to forget the fact that he's addicted to acohol by drinking like a fish. The fourth person was an abosolute money-oriented businessman, who cared nothing but his fortune. Next came the lamp-lighter who performed his duty blindly. The last one was a geographer who knew too much about geography to solve a real problem related to it. These six people each represented one kind of person like us. The authorsatirized people's conceit, emptiness, fakeness, innocence and blindness through the tone of a child.

　　I see eye to eye with the author in that the cause of people's loneliness can be concluded to the negligence of the bonds that connects them. People are supposed to care about each other, cherish what's really important for them, and be grateful for the happiness that they've gained. We all believe knowledge and experience enable us to see clearly and make right judgements all the time. But we may sometimes lose the right to speak straighforwardly, think creatively or love courageously resulting from what we've experienced. That why in our middle school textbooks, it's the little kid that breaks the illusion of the emperor by saying:"but mum, he ain't were anything".

　　When I was a child, I was definitely a good boy who went home on time after school and did his homework and never tried anything without mom's permission. And now I am a grown-up, and still I am a good man, at least, that's what I heard. 　　What impresses me the most is the fox's words.love is a strange stuff.Sometimes we see it but can't grasp it.Yet， true love may be， to some extent， invisible in surface but may last permanent.Apart from love， others as well.Indeed，sometimes what we consider right turn out to be wrong，what we consider real proves fictitious，what we confused may just turn out to be the truth.The path In searching for truth may long and time-consuming，we should harbour conviction，strong will and high hope.No matter what barriade in front of us，we ought to be couragous and face up to the challenge.

As many other fairy-tales the outline of The Little Prince is not very complex. “I” the narrator of the story is a pilot whose plane has something wrong and lands in the Sahara. In this occasion the pilot makes the acquaintance of the little prince a little boy from another planet the Asteroid B612. The little prince has escaped from his tiny planet because he has some quarrel with a rose which grows on his planet. In that case he left his own planet and took an exploration at some neighbor asteroids. On his all-alone journey the little prince meets different kinds of people which includes a king a conceited man a tippler a businessman a lamplighter and a geographer. From these people he gets a conclusion that the grown-ups are very odd. Following the instruction of the geographer he descends in the Sahara on the earth.

A geographer might be a person of mine who knows all the time and thinks of something that's out of touch with reality, and then becomes obsessed with a certain intellectual or linguistic vanity. During this time, Dr manette and Lucie knew Charles Darney and Sydeny Carton, the two young man fell in love with Lucie at the same time . At last, Lucie married Chares Darney .Dr Manette accepted Darney as his son-in-law although he knew that Darney was the nephew of the man who threw him into prison for18 years. This is the love between father and daughter. And Sydeny Carton , the very great man ,loved Lucie dee*. He promised Lucie that he would do everything for her happiness. He did it truely ,he sacrificed himself instead of Darney who looked the same as him. This is love for lovers . This is the most wonderful thing in the world. It also reminds us that no matter how no matter when there is true love existing. At the end , Lucie, Dr Manette and Darney arrived in England safely.

　　總所周知，英語是全球使用最廣泛的語言之一，是國際交往和科技、文化交流的重要工具。所以我國為提高整體國民素質，從義務教育階段開設英語課。

　　根據書中所講，義務教育階段英語課程的總目標是：通過英語學習使學生形成初步的綜合語言運用能力，促進心智發(fā)展，提高綜合人文素養(yǎng)。書中多次提到“綜合語言運用能力”，通過讀這本書，我了解到，綜合語言運用能力要建立在語言技能、語言知識、情感態(tài)度、學習策略和文化意識等方面。

　　一、更加面向全體學生

　　反復學習新課程標準理念，深刻領會英語課程的要求。我們要學習把握新課程標準的理念，目標和內容。小學英語教學屬于英語啟蒙教育，學生通過聽、說、動唱、玩具備一定的語言基礎。并獲得初步的聽說能力和一定的語感。基于小學生的心理特點，以及新課標的要求，小學英語教學應該以提高興趣為主。

　　一、激發(fā)學生學習英語的興趣

　　興趣是最好的老師，學生只有對英語有濃厚的興趣才會愿意學，要讓學生有興趣，我們首先得讓學生感到英語易學，其次讓學生樂學，最后培養(yǎng)學生的自學能力，培養(yǎng)他們對英語學習的積極態(tài)度。使他們建立初步的學習英語的自信心。

　　二、教學方式

　　依據新課標的要求，新教材的教學必須根據小學生的學**點，創(chuàng)建以活動課為主的教學模式。重點培養(yǎng)學生用語言進行交流的能力。采用聽、說、唱、玩、演的方式對于零起點的農村的學生來說，我認為要盡可能讓他們多聽地道的英語，語言介紹宜采用先輸入后輸出的方式。

　　即盡可能讓學生多聽，運用聽覺記憶，使他們用第一語言做出反應，在課堂實際教學中如何進行操作呢？例如，教文具單詞時，以前教師大部分采用這樣的方法：Look at the picture and read after me。出示圖片，學生跟讀�，F在新教材要求在Just listen這一步時教師出示圖片，反復示范發(fā)音，讓學生靜聽，使他們處在聽覺記憶的過程中，然后可以把圖片朝下，打亂順序，由教師本人抽出一張，做猜謎游戲，教師問：Pencil？ Is it a pencil？學生只要回答Yes或No即可，這一步學生仍然是聽，并用第一語言作出反應。

　　即學生在聽的過程中指一指，找一找，做出相應的動作，這一階段他們運用的是形體或運動記憶，如Listen and point/colour/number/circle/check。也就是教師發(fā)指令，學生動一動，例如在教數字時，教師快速報數字，學生做出手勢，再把數字卡片發(fā)給學生，按照老師的口令排順序，我們還可以設計這樣的游戲：在教室前放幾把椅子，讓手持數字卡片的學生坐在椅子上，教師報出兩個數字，手持這兩個數字的學生盡快更換位置，教師也可參與進去搶座位，這樣，形體記憶在這一階段得到發(fā)揮。

　　即學生先聽再重復，這時他們運用的是短期記憶，也就是跟讀學說的過程，如在教對話時，教師放錄音學生邊聽邊看，繼續(xù)放錄音，學生聽替換進對話里的新單詞，邊聽，邊說，就屬于這一過程，在教句型時，由于不講語法，我們可以教學生唱語法歌，教材中配有相應的語法歌。

　　在這一階段學生能夠開始用英語說話，這時他們運用的是長時記憶，他們可以用英語選擇他們會說的，每個學生都會有成功的愉悅。例如，教食物bread，ice—cream…和句型I like …，I don’t like…可采用開放式教學，讓他們**選擇所知道的食物來說出喜歡吃的和不喜歡吃的，有的學生就會說出，sandwish，salad…這樣能使學生感到成功增加他們的自信心。

　　在這一階段學生能說出他們所學的內容，甚至能脫口而出，這是長期記憶起著作用。在這一步中，可讓學生表演，**對話，復述故事，同時教師不必急于糾正學生語言表現中的錯誤，要讓學生有安全感，并積極主動地學習外語。鼓勵學生積極參與，大膽表達使學生從動腦、動口、積極思維參與教學活動。如低年級學生可靈活處理教材內容，將其編成兒歌、童謠。課堂中多采用游戲教學法，加上教師靈活親切的身體語言，使得課堂豐富多彩、輕松活躍。培養(yǎng)學生能在圖片、手勢的幫助下，聽懂語速較慢的話語或錄音材料。

　　三、創(chuàng)設情景

　　用自己充滿激情的表情和動作去感染學生，讓學生積極的參與到學習中來。變被動學習為主動學習，創(chuàng)設情景，相互交流，啟發(fā)學習動機，樹立學習信心。直觀情景教學是小學英語教學之中一種很重要的教學技巧。教師要充分利用教科書中的課文來創(chuàng)設情景，如打電話、購物、生日聚會、旅游、問路等。為學生提供使用英語進行交流的機會。

　　通過新課標的學習，我們迎接了新理念新考驗新挑戰(zhàn)。我們只要大膽運用新理念、新方法到課堂實踐中。努力落實新課標。就會探出一條用好新教材的新路子。

　　從事教師工作已有兩年余，這期間在收獲的同事，也依然在不斷學習。今年利用暑假時間讀了《小學英語教與學》這本教育叢書，讀完以后，受益良多。***一句*的諺語“授人以魚，不如授人以漁”和**的民諺“Give a hungry man a fish and you will feed him for a day。 Teach him how to fish and he will feed himself for a lifetime�！边@就是書中所說的“教會學生學習，建構自主學法”，這對英語學習很有幫助。

　　古人說“授人以魚，不如授人以漁”，讓學生主動參與教學活動，對學生學習成長有很大影響。學會自主學習，會使學生受益終身。

　　書中提到一開始就要教學生怎樣預習，要聽錄音、查單詞、要找問題、在課本上可以勾勾畫畫。同時讓學生對比、體驗，沒有課前預習的課與經過課前預習的課學起來有什么不同，讓大家進行討論，使其認識到經過預習聽課，課上是主動參與教學活動的；未經預習聽課，課上是被動接受老師的教學活動的。

　　這一部分，我認為對學生是非常重要的，我覺得小學英語預習要做到讓學生初讀課文，能夠按照學期初始教師發(fā)放的各單元重點將四會單詞、三會單詞用不同顏色筆標注在課文當中，另外用鉛筆劃出自己不理解的地方，課上進行**，帶著問題聽課，比較有針對性。下面從語音、詞匯等方面說一說如何教授學生學習方法。

　　一、語音教學

　　**版小學英語新教材在每單元第4課時Now I know the sound部分都是語音學習，對于語音部分，學生要注意不斷的歸納總結，教師要教會學生如何進行歸納總結，將字母不同的發(fā)音用大括號分別列出來，并將發(fā)音相同的單詞寫在同一橫行當中，并總結歸納容易混淆的字母發(fā)音及對應的單詞。

　　語音教學對小學生而言主要是多聽多讀，不要求學生掌握音標，只要求學生能夠根據發(fā)音規(guī)則判斷出一組單詞發(fā)音是否相同。

　　在*時的教學中，我除了運用教材配套的chant 和sing，還采用了將語音規(guī)則融在字母單詞教學之中的方式。在教學生如何記單詞的過程中，有意識的提醒學生根據字母及字母發(fā)音規(guī)則歸納總結記憶單詞。比如：farmer一詞，教學生先記住字母組合ar發(fā)音，再記住far，再記住farmer一詞發(fā)音及拼寫。

　�。ㄒ唬┳帜傅拿�稱音和音素

　　在學習字母時，用rhyme（aaa，a is for apple，aaa。bbb，b is for boy， bbb。ccc，c is for cat。ddd，d is for dog……）教會學生學習并掌握字母發(fā)音。

　�。ǘ�）元音字母開、閉音節(jié)的讀音規(guī)則

　　在學生學習語言的初期，接觸到的單詞大部分是符合語音規(guī)則的開、閉音節(jié)詞。通過引導學生觀察單詞cake、face、kite、bike、joke、nose、home等詞讓學生發(fā)現共同特點：末尾三個字母是以元音字母+輔音字母+不發(fā)音的e組成，則元音字母發(fā)字母本身音。

　　而cat、map、cap、leg、bed、six、milk、hot、but等詞不符合元輔e結尾規(guī)律，故元音字母發(fā)短音。

　　在教學中不斷鼓勵學生注意歸納總結單詞，不斷積累發(fā)現單詞發(fā)音。按照發(fā)音規(guī)則試讀沒有學過但完全符合發(fā)音規(guī)則的單詞，提升學生對字母發(fā)音的感知。

　　（三）學習字母組合

　　在*時教學中滲透元音、輔音字母組合的讀音規(guī)則。不斷地歸納總結字母及字母組合發(fā)音規(guī)則，將考試中容易放到一起混淆的字母發(fā)音也呈現給學生，并幫助他們進行區(qū)分學習、區(qū)分練習。

　　（四）學會拼讀、直呼方法

　　充分利用網絡資源，自然拼讀法，培養(yǎng)學生逐步掌握“聽音能寫”的語音拼讀、直呼技能。如bank一詞，在講課中我會按a—an—ank—bank的逐步遞進的方式呈現單詞拼寫。

　　這幾個月的教師工作，只剛剛是一個開始，在今后的教學生活中，我要學習的還有很多，離夢想越來越近的感覺是很幸福的，之前再多的波折都是值得的。夢想照進現實，就要倍加珍惜，努力提高自己，不斷前行！

　　二、詞匯教學

　　詞匯學習與記憶對于小學生來說，一直可能是個難題。因為小學生相對比較好動，且對單詞重視度不夠。需多加鞏固、復習、練習、聽寫等**、方法，使學生掌握單詞，記憶單詞有很大幫助。

　�。ㄒ唬�從聽說開始，反復記憶。

　　艾賓浩斯記憶曲線是由德國心理學家艾賓浩斯于1885年發(fā)表的實驗報告中提出的關于記憶方面的研究成果。我淺顯直白的理解就是想要記住一個單詞，就是需要反復的記憶，多讀多看它幾遍，一天見了沒記住，十天見了總該記住了所以在新授單詞方面，我采取了循序漸進，多讀多見的方式。當天學完詞后，留寫詞作業(yè)，寫詞之后的第二節(jié)課要先帶領學生復習單詞，然后馬上聽寫，之后其他幾個本單元課時上課之前采用**單詞拼寫、聽寫、閃卡等不同的方式讓學生能夠反復復現所學單詞，使學生能夠遵循艾賓浩斯記憶曲線的記憶每單元所學的新單詞。

　　（二）游戲學習法。

　　采取單詞競賽、單詞接龍、單詞樹等各種不同的游戲引導學生記憶單詞，在玩中學，在玩中記憶單詞。

　　用圖片展示單詞意思，圖片直觀好記。配合著進行Flashcard游戲，不同位置高低讀單詞聲音大小不同，不同方向讀單詞的學生組別不同，充分調動學生參與到單詞的學習中去。

　　單詞是英語學習的基礎，讓學生學會背記單詞的方法，學會利用已知和上下文內容猜測新單詞含義，才能更有助于英語學習，詞成句，句成段，段成章。在今后的教學中還會不斷地探究方式方法，在日常教學中滲透方法，逐步培養(yǎng)學生自主學習的能力。
