其次,英語專業(yè)面對的擇業(yè)范圍較為狹窄。一般,只能選擇與英語專業(yè)有關(guān)的職業(yè),而與英語專業(yè)相關(guān)的職業(yè)部外乎就是翻譯、新聞英語之類等?傊鄬τ谠S多專業(yè)來說,英語專業(yè)的擇業(yè)翻譯還是比較狹窄的。

再次,我個人認(rèn)為英語大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)后就已經(jīng)拿到了專業(yè)八級證書了已經(jīng)達(dá)到了比較頂尖級的水平了,如果接著考研還是考英語專業(yè)的話,那么英語對于我來說不再是一種交流工具了,而轉(zhuǎn)為研究對象,而我對自己研究英語這方面沒有信心也沒有興趣。

第四,對于跨專業(yè)考研,在選擇所跨專業(yè)方面時也困難重重。由于英語專業(yè)大學(xué)四年都不學(xué)習(xí)數(shù)學(xué),所以跨專業(yè)考研時選擇的專業(yè)范圍也被縮小了,不能選擇需要考數(shù)學(xué)的專業(yè)。如果硬要選擇必需要考數(shù)學(xué)的專業(yè)就必須從現(xiàn)在開始補(bǔ)習(xí)數(shù)學(xué)。第五,出國讀研究生在選擇專業(yè)方面也遇到了同樣的問題。在選擇國家方面,國家的消費(fèi)水平是不是太高等問題也影響了選擇。
