　　本文應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論，通過(guò)戰(zhàn)略分析、戰(zhàn)略選擇、戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施與控制等戰(zhàn)略管理過(guò)程，對(duì)A公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了研究。

　　在明確A公司主要戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上，本文首先對(duì)A公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析，認(rèn)為公司所處的外部環(huán)境為公司提供了較好的發(fā)展空間。就內(nèi)部情況而言，A公司主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)明確，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量好，研發(fā)能力強(qiáng)，但可持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力較弱。

　　在分析基礎(chǔ)上，本文認(rèn)為A公司戰(zhàn)略愿景是成為國(guó)內(nèi)行業(yè)中有重要影響力、具有持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的龍頭企業(yè)。公司發(fā)展思路是著眼于自身核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的培育和形成。公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì)是增長(zhǎng)型戰(zhàn)略。通過(guò)總體戰(zhàn)略、業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略和職能戰(zhàn)略三個(gè)層次的設(shè)計(jì)，形成了A公司的整個(gè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。

　　在規(guī)劃A公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的基礎(chǔ)上，本文還對(duì)公司戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施與控制中的相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究。認(rèn)為公司在戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施中要建立思想、組織、資源和環(huán)境保障體系，并對(duì)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行良好的控制和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范。

　　本文為A公司在不確定性環(huán)境下制定了切實(shí)可行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，也為電池材料企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了較實(shí)用的戰(zhàn)略思路和方法，同時(shí)在實(shí)踐中也進(jìn)一步豐富和深化了我國(guó)電池企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理研究的內(nèi)容。

　　environment of A Company, the paper thinks that the external environment is very in favor of the development of A Company. The company’s product quality is good and it has strong ability of research and development. But its core competence is not constantly.

　　Based on SWOT analysis, its strategy vision is to becoming the leading company in its industry. Its development route is to foster its core-competence ability. The development direction is developing.

　　Then the paper also researches the implementation and control issues of development strategy. A Company should set up mind, organization, resource and environment system in order to implement development strategy and put forwards some countermeasures of anti-risk and risk-control.

　　The paper makes A Company’s development blueprint more clearly and practical under uncertainty environment and supplies a useful strategy way and case for battery enterprises and makes the strategy management research for battery enterprises in China more abundantly and deeply.
