溫馨提示:職場(chǎng)禮儀講解
1、面試禮儀。女性在面試入座時(shí),雙腿并攏并斜放一側(cè),雙腳可稍有前后之差,如果兩腿斜向左方,則右腳放在左腳之后;如果兩腿斜向右方,則左腳放置右腳之后。這樣對(duì)方從正面看雙腳是交成一點(diǎn)的,腿部線條更顯修長(zhǎng),也顯得頗為嫻雅。若女性穿著套裙,入座前應(yīng)收攏裙邊再就坐,坐下后,上身挺直,頭部端正,目光平視面試官。坐穩(wěn)后,身子一般占座位的2/3,兩手掌心向下,自然放在兩腿上,兩腳自然放好,兩膝并攏,面帶微笑保持自然放松。
2、著裝禮儀。職場(chǎng)禮儀之著裝基本原則:職業(yè)女士的著裝儀表必須符合她本人的個(gè)性,體態(tài)特征、職位、企業(yè)文化、辦公環(huán)境,志趣等等。女強(qiáng)人不應(yīng)該一味模仿辦公室里男士的服飾打扮,要有一種做女人真好的心態(tài),充分發(fā)揮女性特有的柔韌。
3、介紹禮儀。首先,要弄清職場(chǎng)禮儀與社交禮儀的差別。職場(chǎng)禮儀沒(méi)有性別之分。比如,為女士開門這樣的紳士風(fēng)度在工作場(chǎng)合是不必要的,這樣做甚至有可能冒犯了對(duì)方。請(qǐng)記住:工作場(chǎng)所,男女平等。其次,將體諒和尊重別人當(dāng)作自己的指導(dǎo)原則。進(jìn)行介紹的正確做法是將級(jí)別低的人介紹給級(jí)別高的人。
4、握手禮儀。握手是人與人的身體接觸,能夠給人留下深刻的印象。當(dāng)與某人握手感覺(jué)不舒服時(shí),我們常常會(huì)聯(lián)想到那個(gè)人消極的性格特征。強(qiáng)有力的握手、眼睛直視對(duì)方將會(huì)搭起積極交流的舞臺(tái)。
