4 首因效應(yīng)
上面介紹的就是職場(chǎng)人際關(guān)系心理學(xué)的原則,首因效應(yīng)也可以簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)就是第一印象。在第一次見(jiàn)到一個(gè)的時(shí)候,在我們的腦袋在45秒鐘內(nèi)產(chǎn)生了第一印象。并且這個(gè)第一印象在日后是占據(jù)著主導(dǎo)地位。假如說(shuō)被留下來(lái)一個(gè)不好的第一印象,就是以后花上十倍的努力,也不容易消除影響。在現(xiàn)實(shí)的人際交往活動(dòng)中,給交往對(duì)象留下良好的第一印象,對(duì)于工作順利、有效地開(kāi)展,起著不可低估的作用。我們要努力在第一印象上下功失,力爭(zhēng)給人留下最好的第一印象。
