1 蹺蹺板互惠原則
蹺蹺板互惠原則的本質(zhì)就是互相交換的過程,互相給予對方需要。和諧的相處就是付出和收獲平等,交換不平衡就會造成失衡。人與人之間的互動,就如同坐跳蹺板一樣,這個過程就是高低交替,幫助別人的同時接受比人幫助,一個永遠(yuǎn)不肯吃虧是自私的人,即便真討到了不少好處,也不會快樂。因為自私的人如同坐在一個靜止的蹺蹺板頂端,雖然維持了高高在上的優(yōu)勢位置,他想到的只有自己那么,蹺蹺板就是出于失衡的狀態(tài)。蹺蹺板的原則簡單的來說就是互惠互利。
2 刺猬法則
刺猬法則以用這樣一個有趣的現(xiàn)象來形象說明:兩只困倦的刺猬。由于寒冷而相擁在一起,可是因為各自身上都長著刺,刺得對方怎么也睡不舒服。于是,它們分開了一段距離,但寒風(fēng)刺骨,它們又不得不湊到一起幾經(jīng)折騰,兩只刺猾終于找到了一個合適的距離:既能互相獲得對方的體溫,又不至于被扎。所以人與人之間也是需要一個安全距離。所以我們要學(xué)會尊重差異,尊重別人的隱私,最后距離產(chǎn)生美。
3 白金法則
白金法則用一句簡單的話來概括就是:別人希望你怎么對他,你就怎么對他 ,白金法則是美國最有影響的演說家之一、商業(yè)廣播講座撰稿人托尼.亞歷山德拉博士提出的,他還撰寫了專著《白金法則》。白金法則的精翻為:心態(tài)決定一切。學(xué)會善待自己,學(xué)會善待他人。尊重他人,尊重自己。
4 首因效應(yīng)
上面介紹的就是職場人際關(guān)系心理學(xué)的原則,首因效應(yīng)也可以簡單說就是第一印象。在第一次見到一個的時候,在我們的腦袋在45秒鐘內(nèi)產(chǎn)生了第一印象。并且這個第一印象在日后是占據(jù)著主導(dǎo)地位。假如說被留下來一個不好的第一印象,就是以后花上十倍的努力,也不容易消除影響。在現(xiàn)實的人際交往活動中,給交往對象留下良好的第一印象,對于工作順利、有效地開展,起著不可低估的作用。我們要努力在第一印象上下功失,力爭給人留下最好的第一印象。
