　　給學(xué)生寫推薦信我認(rèn)為要寫得恰如其分。既然推薦就一定會夸獎，但不能過分溢美學(xué)生，否則就降低了推薦信可信度，會給學(xué)生帶來不好的后果。

　　寫推薦信的老師，應(yīng)當(dāng)了解學(xué)生。推薦信要能刻畫出學(xué)生的個性。一個內(nèi)向的學(xué)生，不一定非要符合“性格開朗、熱情大方”的樣板，也可以“為人真誠、做事踏實”。一個英語水平不高的學(xué)生，可能具有用音樂天賦。一個平素里缺課較多的學(xué)生，可能已經(jīng)在小報上發(fā)表了若干文章。不了解的學(xué)生，我是不肯寫推薦信的。決不會僅在他們發(fā)來的個人介紹后面隨便簽一個名。至少要聊一會天，相一下面。
