　　今天，我以一個志愿者的身份來到了鄉(xiāng)下，到了陳爺爺家。

　　陳爺爺家房子不大，走進門，映入眼前的卻是，陰暗狹窄的大堂，我敲了敲門，禮貌地問了一句：“陳爺爺在家嗎?”

　　為倡導市民禮貌乘車、打造**公交，****部、市機關(guān)工委、團**倡議成立xx義工、青年志愿者公交服務(wù)隊。很榮幸，我成為其中一員。x路公交這個*臺上，用我的微笑、我的熱情、我的耐心，服務(wù)著廣大乘客，并在付出中收獲歡樂、在奉獻中提升自我。

　　我的服務(wù)的時間段是早上7點到9點。因在之前沒坐過x路公交，于是，x月x日晚上，我到xx的候車點等候我即將服務(wù)的公交車。沒想到，不明白公交車從哪個方向先駛過來的我，等了將一個半小時才等到。和晚上的志愿者xx一齊上車，開始我們的志愿服務(wù)。可到了xx才發(fā)現(xiàn)，我們十分幸運為一輛沒有站臺錄音的公交車服務(wù)。我和xx分工，一人發(fā)傳單，一人報站臺。當我報錯一個站臺名時，我臉刷的一下全變紅了，連連和車上的乘客道歉，真怕他們覺得志愿者狠孬，暗下決心，晚上必須要記清所有的站臺名，用真情的服務(wù)，塑造志愿者的良好形象。到xx終點站后，我記下了兩位司機的手機號碼，并和x師傅約好第二天早上6點四十在xx附近的xx見。第二天我如約上車了，跟大家說聲早上好后就開始我的志愿之旅，給大家發(fā)宣傳單、提示注意事項、宣傳優(yōu)待**、幫扶有需要的乘客，等等。此后每一天，我都按時上車。在工作日，做滿兩小時后，我立刻回局里，并進取轉(zhuǎn)入工作狀態(tài)，完成日常工作；在周末，我則做三至四個小時，然后再去市里逛逛。

　　每一天，我都會說上四遍乘車注意事項。在車子從始發(fā)站發(fā)車三站之后和從廣場啟動后，我都會和乘客說各位乘客，歡迎乘坐x路公交。我是這輛車的志愿者。在這跟大家說幾個注意事項。一，請各位發(fā)揮我們**民族的傳統(tǒng)美德，給老弱病殘孕及抱小孩的等特殊乘客讓座；二，黃色的三個位子是老弱病殘孕的專座，請大家以后上車時盡量把這些位子讓給他們乘坐；三是車上是個公共場合，請大家愛護衛(wèi)生，不要吸煙、不要亂扔果皮雜物，同時請大家盡量堅持安靜，要聊天的乘客也請小聲一點；四是司機師傅會提前一點報站臺，要下車的乘客就按門鈴，不方便按門鈴的乘客就說一聲要下車，這樣我們到站就會停車，要不我們就直接開走，節(jié)儉大家的時間。

　　每次，我都會盡量給特殊乘客上車安排座位。特殊乘客上車后，若是沒座位了，我就問沒有人給他讓讓座，若問了三遍了仍沒人讓座時，我就會帶著特殊乘客到年輕人旁邊，請他讓座，然后對讓座者說幾聲多謝。實在沒辦法給他騰位子時，就會對他說聲抱歉。這樣的我，時常被乘客感激著、包容著，十分幸福。也更加堅定，要用實際行動，引導大家養(yǎng)成自主讓座的習慣，而不是我們志愿者在車上時被動讓座。

　　每時，我都進取宣傳我們公交的優(yōu)待**。70周歲及以上的老人、傷殘人、盲人能夠免費乘坐公交，只要出示有效證件就能夠（盲人除外）。有時遇到上車時投幣的老人家，我會上前詢問他是否辦理老年證，并告之若是滿70周歲了，可到民政局辦理老年證，這樣，以后就能夠憑證免費乘坐公交。若遇到不投幣或是誤以為拿著綠色老年證和殘疾證可不投幣得乘客，我會勸說其投幣，并告之后兩者不屬于優(yōu)待**的享受對象。

　　為期半個月的志愿者生活，讓我成長著、歡樂著、憧憬著。大體上，我的志愿之旅是*和的，因為xx人民大都能禮貌乘車。但偶爾會遇到一些不通情達理的乘客，就是不肯投幣，讓我很想發(fā)火。但看著身上的綬帶，想著自我是一名志愿者，我忍下了，繼續(xù)微笑著、勸說著。這讓我覺得自我成熟了許多。便民、利民的公交開通后，給廣大市民帶來了很大的方便，這讓身為志愿者的我，十分自豪。時�？粗�老人家結(jié)伴成形，坐著x路公交，滿臉幸福地游覽著xx，我十分歡樂，異常是那一次看到兩位老年乘客說時隔20年又來xx了時幸福的表情，我很歡樂。每當獲得車上乘客對我服務(wù)肯定、聽到他們的多謝時，我很充實、很幸福。也正是這志愿之旅，讓我進一步了解xx，了解xx人民的熱情、善良、質(zhì)樸，，這讓身為外來客的我，十分有信心、有意愿扎根在xx這片熱土上。

　　雖然半個月的志愿者生活結(jié)束了，但從中獲得的收獲將一向伴隨了我。結(jié)交的新朋友，經(jīng)過我建立的xx公交志愿者qq群而時常聯(lián)系著，分享著；得到的肯定，讓我覺得活著很有意義；收獲的歡樂，讓我覺得生活是完美總之，這次的志愿之旅，讓我在奉獻中歡樂著、幸福著。

　　今天是我第三次上崗了，越來越有了感覺，似乎已經(jīng)適應(yīng)了這種生活，熟練地騎著單車去到上崗地點，然后很快就站在自己的崗位上。

　　今天的陽光很強烈，不到一會就出汗了，挺擔心今天會被汗水淹沒，不過還好很快就被安排站在樹蔭下，果然涼爽了很多，在愜意的環(huán)境下心情也會變得好了一些。 可是今天沒什么路人過來問路，所以大多數(shù)時候都是很無聊的站在那里，休息時，其他志愿者也都在說他們還是希望有更多人前來問路的，這樣才不會一直很無聊的很僵硬的站著，至少可以換個姿勢，說一下話，也更能體現(xiàn)自己的價值。我恍然大悟，難怪今天突然有軍訓的感覺，就是因為一直站在那里沒怎么動！跟軍訓時站軍姿簡直是換湯不換藥嘛。其實有些路人可能會擔心問太久我們會煩，其實不是的，我更喜歡跟路人說久點，喜歡跟他們一起看著地圖找到他們的目的地，然后一起恍然大悟那條路該怎么走。喜歡他們真正接受我的引路，而不是想問我們又不聽我們的引路，繼續(xù)像無頭蒼蠅般亂闖，那樣問路就沒有意義了，無論問多少次都是沒用的。當路人真正接受我們的建議朝著正確的路走時，才是對我們工作真正的**！

　　在第三次上崗后，雖然我繼續(xù)拿著地圖在認路，可是我也發(fā)現(xiàn)地圖并不是萬能的，有些地方在上面根本就找不到，比如今天有路人問我大學城博物館怎么走，我找遍整張地圖都找不到這個地方，只能很抱歉的跟路人說對不起，我不知道。后來我問師姐那個地方在哪里，她說可能在科學中心那里。其實很多師姐也不知道那個地方在哪。唉，看來還是要親自實踐一趟才能更加知道一些鮮為人知的地方啊，僅僅依靠一張紙是行不通的，紙上談兵比劃得再好，也是空談！有時很難真正幫到他人。

　　為期三天的培訓在今天中午落下了帷幕，但我們的學習正是在這時剛剛拉開序幕。有來自各個方面的**、老師為我們細致地講解，最快地傳授知識，讓我受益匪淺。也讓我體會到了一名志愿者的驕傲與風采。

　　在《志愿者角色認知與使命》的學習中，我端正了作為一名志愿者的思想態(tài)度，在了解了《世博會》籌辦情況時，無不為之浩大氣勢所震撼。我作為一名普通志愿者的一員，能有幸在世博會上為所有的游客服務(wù)，是驕傲是自豪，能在這人生一次難忘的世博會上參與、服務(wù)、奉獻、經(jīng)歷，讓我激動，人生難得幾回可以在自己的國家、自己的城市開展匯聚全世界人文與科技的頂級博覽會��！

　　對于我第一次參與如此浩大的志愿者活動，心懷更多的是緊張，一種強烈的緊迫感。我時刻問著自己，“作為世博會園區(qū)志愿者，準備好了嗎？”在這100天的倒計時里，我還要不斷地學習，學習在大型活動環(huán)境之下，處理緊急事情的能力，考驗我的應(yīng)變能力，在救助上我還要不斷地下功夫，目標是那些奧運會上的志愿者，他們是第一次被授予這愿者榮譽的群體，使我們的榜樣，學習的楷模。

　　我明白，要成為一名不僅合格而且優(yōu)秀的leader，必須明確的理解團隊**力，即建立影響力。一個優(yōu)秀的***，一定是一個好的導師。

　　明白世博會志愿者一定會非常累，而且我正是在暑假期間，高溫是不可避免的。現(xiàn)在開始，我要不斷進行自我的鍛煉，不僅是body，更要提高自己的mentalspirits！為世博更好的服務(wù)。

　　以前，當看到別人因沙排志愿者曠課而感到羨慕，認為他們是去玩樂的，但在我親自參與后，我改變了我的想法，才意識到這個工作的艱辛。4月29日，我們冒著蒙蒙細雨來到城市沙灘邊參加志愿者培訓。那時的我們已意識到了，我們要拋棄美好的五一假日而投入到這個艱辛而偉大的工作中去。老師給我安排的工作是翻分數(shù)牌，聽完老師的細細講解后，我知道這項工作是靠的是仔細和細心，十分簡單，于是便不以為然。但是，后來的實踐證明我錯了。

　　次日，我早早地來到來到了海灘邊，這時的海邊下著飄雨。此時的我還沉浸在濃濃的睡意中，但是為了運動員的比賽，我不得不打起精神認真工作。第一場比賽是意大利隊對德國隊，我和另一位翻牌的同學商量好我看意大利隊的分數(shù)，而她則看德國隊的。就在比賽前裁判員還特地叮囑我們一定要認真仔細，而我卻不屑一顧地回答：“知道了，知道了”。但在比賽中，我便把這句話拋在了腦后。我一會玩玩地上的沙，一會看看四周的風景，一會跟旁邊的同學講講話，很不認真。于是由于我的不屑，裁判員經(jīng)常提醒我們比分翻錯了，以使得觀眾席上時有連連搖頭，那時我才意識到這絕不是一份簡單的工作，而是要有高度的責任心的工作，我必須集中***，時時刻刻叮著運動員手中來回飛舞的球，再校對登記處的比分，才不會出錯。于是，我開始認真仔細了，我筆直地站在分數(shù)牌前，任憑雨水擊打著我的臉。分數(shù)牌也再也沒有出過差錯了。看著觀眾舒心的笑容，高漲的情緒再也沒有因為我的失誤而分心時，我由衷地笑了。

　　當比賽結(jié)束時，一個球員竟然用中文對即將要離開賽場的我說了聲“謝謝”，使我明白了“贈人玫瑰，手留余香”這句話的含義，也真正明白了作為一名志愿者的責任。雖然站久了，腿酸了；雖然盯球盯久了，眼酸了；雖然嗮久了，臉黑了。但是這些都沒有關(guān)系，因為我由衷地感受到了作為志愿者的那一份快樂，那一份比蜜還要甜的幸福。原來，幫助他人，便是快樂自己呀！
