　　As a university student, establishing a dream is one of the most important things we have to do .But everyone must see the reality clearly at first. Your family condition, your personal ability, your social intercourse (交往、交流), your subject and the job you want to do, these things show you the reality and lead you to establish a dream.

　　Further more, difficult or otherwise, we should put the power of reality into our dreams. Last but not least remember to work hard at the task of chasing 追逐our dreams. Do believe that we can achieve our ideal step by step by the passage of time!

　　To the nature, overpopulation is a big problem. More people, more pollution. And the big population is threatening the nature every second.

　　The rapid rise in world population is not creating problems only for the developing countries. The whole world faces the problem that raw materials are being used up at an increasing rate and food production can not keep up with the population increase. People in rich countries make the heaviest demands on the world’s resources, its food, fuel and land, and cause the most pollution. A baby born in the United States will use in his lifetime 30 times more of the world’s resources than a baby born in India. Unless all the countries of the world take united action to deal with the population explosion there will be more and more people fighting for a share of less and less land, food and fuel, and the future will bring poverty, misery and war to us all.

　　For most of the developing countries, it is a good idea to control the population growth. For example, China has carried out birth control for years. And this plan has a great effect on the world population.

　　If the population continues to increase, if the air and water continue to be polluted, if we don’t do something to protect wild-plant and wildlife species will be declining. Species and biological communities have difficulty adapting to change. Economic opportunities and the quality of life of future generations are also put at risk. By protecting nature, we protect ourselves.

　　激動人心的那一刻，終于到來了。讓許多學(xué)生期待很久的實(shí)踐活動終于到來了。4月12日，我們興高采烈地來到了橫崗圓山——深圳市青少年社會實(shí)踐活動基地，開始了為期兩天的校外時間活動。

　　第一天，教官首先讓我們穿上清一色的迷彩服，并帶領(lǐng)我們轉(zhuǎn)了一圈，參觀軍營。我看到幾條醒目的標(biāo)語“沐浴陽光、快樂成長、接受磨礪、永遠(yuǎn)堅(jiān)強(qiáng)”。這也是我們的**。然后，張老師帶著**學(xué)安排到女生宿舍，男教官就安排男同學(xué)的床位。安排一完畢，我們就整隊(duì)集合。

　　今天，是我第一天的初中生活。我在北師大南湖附校，迎來了我人生第一次軍訓(xùn)。

　　以前小**也參加過軍訓(xùn)，但那算不上什么，只是每天練習(xí)十分鐘，休息三十分鐘的小劑量。說是軍訓(xùn)，不如說是在樹蔭底下乘涼玩耍。對于這么嚴(yán)肅正式的訓(xùn)練，我還是十分陌生。

　　下午，我們正式開始軍訓(xùn)。我們穿著長袖外套，裹著長褲，汗從身上直冒出來。我們站在塑膠籃球場上，火辣辣的太陽從側(cè)面偷襲了我們，正前方是帽檐基本沒有發(fā)揮功能，我們只好把眼睛瞇成一條細(xì)細(xì)的縫。

　　我們認(rèn)識了教官之后就開始練習(xí)站軍姿和向右看齊這些基本動作。別看這些動作簡單，但時間長了，也就成了難題：我全身上下的衣服被曬得發(fā)燙，火辣辣地炙烤著我的身體；頭頂上的太陽像一條射線，直達(dá)我們的運(yùn)動鞋底，烤著我的腳底板。我覺得自己簡直是正被關(guān)在太上老君的煉丹爐里烤著的`孫悟空，馬上就要熟了。這時候，頭也脹脹的、沉沉的，腰、手、腿、脖子，一起酸痛起來。就這樣，我們在烈日下站了整整四十分鐘，才回到陰涼的教室里，似一只只狗熊，趴在了桌子上。

　　休息是短暫的。隨著一聲哨響，我們又站立起來，迎來新一輪訓(xùn)練�？梢哉f我們班是最費(fèi)心的。教官是南方人，說話聲音小。每次齊步走，我們的腳步聲好似跳躍的音符，共同譜寫出一首極不**的歌兒。經(jīng)過刻苦的訓(xùn)練，當(dāng)我們有些勇氣走過*臺時，總指揮官的斥責(zé)像連珠炮一樣飛來，重重地打碎我們一個連隊(duì)的自信心。當(dāng)我們低著頭回到集合地，教官用難得的響亮聲音告訴我們，不是我們走的不好，是總指揮沒眼光。就這樣，一句看似輕松的話，重新拾起我們的信心。

　　7天軍訓(xùn)，讓我感觸最深的是我們連隊(duì)的團(tuán)結(jié)。為了連隊(duì)，我們寧愿放棄休息的時間也要訓(xùn)練；為了連隊(duì)，我們寧可不吃午飯去購置禮物；為了連隊(duì)，我們爭先恐后地搬水勞動。我們連來自各個縣區(qū)，彼此并不相熟。但我們有巨大的凝聚力，以集體一員的身份度過了這難忘的7天。

　　首先學(xué)會自己洗衣服，聽說軍訓(xùn)的時候所有的一切都需要自己動手，所以我必須學(xué)會自己洗衣服，要不然我的臭死�，F(xiàn)在我每天晚上回到家洗過澡之后，都會把衣服洗一洗，剛開始洗的時候，肯定不會像媽媽洗的那樣的干凈，而且還非常的累，有時候搓了半天也沒把衣服的污漬洗掉，所以這就要好好學(xué)習(xí)了，要不然到時候我得每天穿著臟衣服參加軍訓(xùn)了。

　　然后就是早起的問題了，軍訓(xùn)肯定是要從早上很早的時候就要開始了，不過我覺得這個我應(yīng)該可以很容易做的來，因?yàn)槲椰F(xiàn)在每天上學(xué)就是從早上6點(diǎn)50幾的時候開始起來的，而且也很準(zhǔn)時。起床之后的穿衣洗漱我也能在非常短的時間內(nèi)完成。準(zhǔn)備好一切，再仔細(xì)的檢查一番，就去上學(xué)了，雖然這在*時來說算是比較快的，但是對于軍訓(xùn)來說，應(yīng)該是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的，所以我還得繼續(xù)努力啊。

　　今天是“軍訓(xùn)”的'第三天，下午我們拉練到長州農(nóng)莊上野炊。大概是第一次，低年級都不怎么會做飯菜，我和幾個高年級的也是經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足；分工負(fù)責(zé)后，憑著大家的團(tuán)體精神，經(jīng)過一番手忙腳亂之后，總算把飯菜都煮好了。但是飯菜的質(zhì)量就令人作嘔了，太甜的、太淡的、太咸的、太濃的，應(yīng)有盡有，不過是自己做的，吃起來特別香甜！

　　晚上的表演很精彩，讓我們大開眼界。
