1 It is very difficult to sell man hole covers in France. This product must have the quality certificate issued in France.例2 Price:FOB Shanghai USD 96“PC.例3 Hope you can accept it.
郵件是否完整,可以用5W1H來(lái)檢驗(yàn),即who,when,where,what,why和how. 1 We will deliver your goods soon.
1 If it is not for the larger orders we receive from a numbero four regular customers,we could not have quoted for supplies even at that price.例2 I would appreciate it if you could give me your best quotations for 65,000 pieces.

YES:Supplier training
NO:professional trainees from sister company should abide by rule of local company(太長(zhǎng)) 主題框的內(nèi)容切忌含糊不清。
NO:像News about the meeting 這樣的表達(dá),
YES:New E-mail Address Notification;Detailed calculation
NO:detailed calculation
視信的內(nèi)容是否重要,還可以開(kāi)頭加上URGENT或者FYI(For Your Information,供參考),如:URGENT:Submit your report today!
Smith。
Jimmy,
I received your memo and will discuss it with Eric on Wednesday.
Best,
David
Howard E. Wyatt, Dr. Howard E. Hyatt
YES: Messrs. Smith, Wyatt, and Fury 。 YES:用Mesdames, Mmes., or Mses.
Farb, Lionel, and Gray 。 Dr. and Mrs. Harold Wright ;Mr. Harold Wright and Dr. Margaret Wright ;Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Adams-Quinn 。
Ms. Sarah Gray
Ken Green, President /Ken Green /Vice President of International Operations
NO:Ken Green /Vice President of Unicom China
YES: Ken Green /Vice President, Unicom China
YES:Michael J. Smith, Jr. /Michael J. Smith Sr.
Dear Commi* Member:
Dear Meeting Planner:
Dear Colleagues: To All Sales Reps:
To Whom It May Concern:
Dear Sir or Madam:
Dear Madam or Sir:
Dear Purchasing Agent:
YES: Gentlemen or Ladies: Ladies or Gentlemen:
NO:He did not make repairs, however, he continued to monitor the equipment.
YES:He did not make repairs; however, he continued to monitor the equipment.
NO:MUST change to OS immediately.
Respectfully yours, Yours respectfully,
Very truly yours, Yours very truly, Yours truly,
Sincerely yours, Yours sincerely, Sincerely, Cordially yours, Yours cordially, Cordially,
Regards, Warm regards, With kindest regards, With my best regards, My best, Give my best to Mary, Fondly, Thanks, See you next week!
有時(shí)在we, I, and you之間選擇是很煩的事-- 如果是公司**聯(lián)絡(luò)生意之類,可以用: We will reimburse you for these legal expenses. Sinopec will reimburse you for these legal expenses. I found the brochure very informative. We are pleased to offer you the position of sales director, and I am looking forward to our Tuesday morning meeting.
那么I和you呢?
You will be pleased to learn that you have been selected to serve on our advisory board. Your prompt response will be appreciated.
I am pleased that our board has selected you as the best qualified candidate to serve on our advisory board. I hope you’ll agree to serve.
Your book was well written and comprehensive.
I thoroughly enjoyed your book and found an answer to every one of my questions about performance appraisals.
A、文法
Deciding to rescind the earlier estimate, our report was updated to include $40,000 for new equipment.
應(yīng)改為:Deciding to rescind our earlier estimate, we have updated our report to include $40,000 for new equipment.
He decided not to audit the last ten contracts. Because of our previous objections about compliance.
The owner questioned the occupants lease intentions and the fact that the contract had been altered with ink markings.
應(yīng)改為:The owner questioned the occupants lease intentions and ink alterations of the contract.
An authorized person must show that they have security clearance.
1)This is one of the public-relations functions that is under budgeted.
2)This is one of the public-relations functions, which are under budgeted.
127 Ninth Avenue, North
127 E. 15 Street
5 Park Avenue
One Wingren Plaza
556 - 91 Street
(1).Because he was unable to attend the meeting personally, he forwarded his congratulations on cassette tape.
。2).He forwarded his congratulations on cassette tape because he was unable to attend the meeting personally.
例如: but (相反), therefore (結(jié)論), also (增添), for example (闡明).
ⅠSubject
一般來(lái)說(shuō),只要將位于句首的單詞和專有名詞的首字母大寫(xiě)即可。另外一種較為正規(guī)的格式可將除了少于5個(gè)字母的介詞、連接詞或冠詞之外的每一個(gè)單詞的首字母大寫(xiě), 例如:New E-mail Address Notification;
視信的內(nèi)容是否重要,還可以開(kāi)頭加上URGENT或者FYI(For Your Information,供參考),如:URGENT:Submit your report today!
、騍alutation & Main Body
如不知對(duì)方姓名只知頭銜,可用 Dear + Title作為稱呼;如只知對(duì)方姓名不知性別,可用Dear + 全名; 如郵件為一封通函,則用Dear All作為郵件稱呼;
使用類似"first, second, next, and finally"的詞引導(dǎo)讀者你所要表述的每一個(gè)觀點(diǎn)。 If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me,"這樣的短語(yǔ)來(lái)結(jié)束郵件,這樣一來(lái)可以為對(duì)方創(chuàng)造進(jìn)一步交流的前提。
Ⅲ Spelling
2、外國(guó)國(guó)名盡量用大寫(xiě),是為表示尊重;
3、標(biāo)點(diǎn)要準(zhǔn)確;
Ⅳ Ending

Respectfully yours, Yours respectfully,

Regards, Warm regards, With kindest regards, With my best regards, My best, Give my best to Mary, Fondly, Thanks, See you next week!
Bill Gates.
Ⅴ Other Attentions
127 Ninth Avenue, North
127 E. 15 Street
5 Park Avenue
One Wingren Plaza
556 - 91 Street
。1).Because he was unable to attend the meeting personally, he forwarded his congratulations on cassette tape.
(2).He forwarded his congratulations on cassette tape because he was unable to attend the meeting personally.
例如: but (相反), therefore (結(jié)論), also (增添), for example (闡明).
These decisions have been a big disappointment to the commi* members. They have delayed further action. 開(kāi)頭少用this, that, it, they, 或 which.
He could only reimburse the cost after July 15.
應(yīng)為 He could reimburse the cost only after July 15.
Partial data should be submitted by April.
You should submit partial data by April.
2、弱軟的詞(e.g. was, were, is, are...)
Prunton products are highly effective in ...
改為: Prunton products excel in ...
You
官樣e-mail:Your mail has been received.
親切e-mail:I have received your mail.
官樣e-mail:Your complaint is being looked into.
親切e-mail:We are looking into your complaint.
清楚字:call/write/visit
模糊字:soon
清楚字:by March 15
The paper jam had the effect of a destructive force on the copy machine. 精簡(jiǎn)句:The paper jam destroyed the copy machine.
冗長(zhǎng)句:We have enclosed a brochure which shows further details of manufacture. 精簡(jiǎn)句:The enclosed brochure shows further manufacture details.
We look forward to a bright and glorious future of cooperation.
樸實(shí)句:We hope to have the opportunity to work with you in the future.
The choice of exogenous variables in relation to multi-collinearity is contingent upon the derivations of certain multiple correlation coefficients.
樸實(shí)句:Sup* determines demand.
Obviously, if you’d read your policy carefully, you’d be able to answer these questions yourself.
Im glad to clear up these questions for you.
In order to complete the claim you made, sim*..
To complete your transaction,..
How are you?
Introduction: Our Product Offerings for Bright Ideas Imports
Can we work together?
Proposal: Bright Ideas Imports—ABCs Partnership Opportunity

Dear David,
I’m glad you’ll come to Beijing to learn Chinese. Chinese is very useful, and many foreigners are learning it now. It’s difficult for you because it’s quite different from English. You have to remember as many Chinese words as possible. It’s also important to do some reading and writing. You can watch TV and listen to the radio to practice your listening. Do your best to talk with people in Chinese. You can learn Chinese not only from books but also from people around you. If you have any questions, please ask me. I’m sure you’ll learn Chinese well.
Hope to see you soon in Beijing
Yours,
Wang Ming

Dear Tom,
Thanks for your letter which finally caught up with me in London. I suppose you're keen to hear how the trip has been so far. So here's a short description of what's happened.
Well, you remember we left Sydney on Monday and arrived in London 24 hours later. After such a long and exhausting flight the first thing we did was to have a good, long sleep. And after that?a good meal to make up for all that horrible airline stuff!
The first real day of our holiday was spent just walking around London to get a feel of the place. After that, however, we were more particular and planned each day carefully.
First, we looked at all the historical sights, such as the Tower of London, the Houses of Parliament, the British Museum and the National Gallery. Then we visited some other famous places, such as Kew Gardens and Hampstead Heath. Finally, we took a one-day trip to Oxford, which is really the most marvelous town. You should make sure to go there when you visit England.
After we had seen a lot of London, we flew to Paris. A t first, we didn't like the place-I suppose because it was so different from London. Later, though, we began to really love it and started to appreciate its differentness.
The final stage of our trip is a visit to Rome, after which we will be staying in Singapore for two days before returning to Australia.
Hope everyone is well. See you soon.
Dear Mr. John,
How are things going with you in Beijing?
I am writing to show my thanks to you. You tutored me in my spoken English before you went to Beijing. With your help I made such rapid progress that I won the first place in the Spoken English Competition of the city. My achievement is owed to your help. Thank you very much.
I have heard that you and your wife will pay a visit to my school. I am very glad at the news. In that case we can see each other again. I am looking forward to your coming. I am sending you a telescope as a small gift. I hope you will like it.
All the best.
Yours,
Liu Jie

Then I will take some English courses to improve my English communication ability, With the 20xx Olympics beginning, I will be a participant of it, watching the basketball match between China and the US. I have been dreaming of Kobe’s performance long. After that, I will pay a visit to some tourist attractions to widen my horizon. That is the plan for my vacation. Dear Jenny,
How are you getting along these days? I hope everything is all right. But I am upset these days because of my parents. I think they take care too much about me and too overvalue my grades. I have to tell them my every exam and my grades. If I do well, they are happy. If I don’t, they would be every sad and nervous, especially my mother. My mother even makes a detailed plan for my future. In her plan, I will go the best senior school of my city and then go to a top university of our country. She wants me to be a civil servant in the future, because this job is steady and well-paid. But I don’t like it; I want to be a journalist. I feel so upset about her plan. I told them my feelings before, but they never listened to me and said what they doing are good for me. What should I do?
I think I need someone to talk to and look forward to your re*.
Lovely yours,
Juliet

What is the difference between regular mails and e-mails?As we know, regular mails have been usded for thousands of years,it is very inconvenience, for it took a long time to receive. Besides, it costs you some money. While e-mails is very convenience, it take you only a few seconds to arrive the receiver and it is free to send .so more and more use e-mails rather than regular mails. Some people think that it will be replace the regular mails.
In my opinion, the email will be more and more popular in the future, but it can not replace the regular mails because it can not send everything though it is very convenience to send letters. But,except letters,we sometimes want to sent other somes to our friends which e-mails is impossible to send.
So we can draw an conclution that emails can not replace regular mails.People will use email to sent letter and use the regular to send other things.

Subject: Asking for Deferred Payment
Dear Sirs,
Your Invoice No.1223 for US $ 80,000 worth of goods supplied on 20th July is due for payment at the end of this month. Most unfortunately, a fire broke out in our warehouse last week and destroyed a certain part of valuable consignment. Our claim is now with the insurance company, but it is unlikely to be met for another three or four weeks and until then we are faced with a difficult financial situation. I am therefore writing for permission to defer payment of your invoice until the end of September.
As you know, my accounts with you have always been settled promptly and it is with the utmost regret that I am now forced to make this request. I hope, however, that you will find it possible to grant it. In doing so you would render me a service I should never forget.
Yours faithfully,
