Electrode Installation Instructions
1.0 陽極安裝說明 Anode Installation Instructions
1.1 定位 Orientation
輔助陽極安裝在船體的兩側(cè),其安裝位置須滿足以下條件。
Auxiliary anode is installed at two ends of the hull, and the installation locations should meet the following requirements:
1.1.1 輔助陽極需安裝在輕水線以下,一般與推進(jìn)器軸平行的位置,特殊情況可上下調(diào)整。
Auxiliary anode should be installed under the light water line; generally the location should be parallel with the propeller shaft which could be adjusted upwards or downwards under special circumstances.
1.1.2 輔助陽極在船體的橫向位置應(yīng)該是:兩只安裝于近艉部。具體位置可由安裝工程師現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指導(dǎo)。 The horizontal location of the auxiliary anode on the hull should be: two should be installed near
the stern . The detailed location can be on-site instructed by installation engineer.
1.1.3 陽極安裝位置其船體鋼板外側(cè)比較平坦。
The external hull plate installing the anode should be relatively flat.
1.1.4 陽極安裝位置其船艙內(nèi)側(cè)有一定空間,易于安裝和維修。
The cabin inner installing the anode should have certain space to facilitate the installation and
maintenance.
1.1.5 左舷與右舷兩側(cè)安裝的陽極應(yīng)該對(duì)稱的。
The anodes installed at port side and starboard side should be symmetrical.
1.2 開孔 Hole opening
1.2.1 在確定的位置上用氣焊開孔,其孔直徑與陽極結(jié)構(gòu)圖中尺寸相符。
Open the hole at determined location by gas welding, with the hole diameter identical with the
dimensions in anode structure diagram.
1.2.2 開好孔后應(yīng)將其清理干凈。同時(shí)將陽極總成的陽極及絕緣底座拆下。
The opened holes should be cleared, while the anode and the anode assembly remove the insulating
base.
1.3 密封套焊接 Welding the watertight wrap
將陽極結(jié)構(gòu)圖中的密封套“9(與安裝底板組成一體)”按結(jié)構(gòu)圖焊接,在焊接前需將其位置擺正,密封套“9”要與船體垂直,安裝底板“7”與船體緊貼并焊接(密封套體在艙內(nèi))。 The anode structure diagram of the sealed set of "9 (Composed of one floor with the installation)" according to welding chart, Need to be in place before welding straighten, Seal sets of "9" with the vertical hull, Install floor "7" and the ship close and welding(Seal sets of body in the cabin).
1.4 水密罩焊接 Welding the watertight gland
將陽極結(jié)構(gòu)圖中水密罩“16”按結(jié)構(gòu)圖焊接在密封套的外圈。

1.5 陽極安裝 Anode Installation
1.5.1 將陽極按結(jié)構(gòu)圖進(jìn)行安裝,(艙外有人)將陽極接線柱從密封套孔伸入艙內(nèi),在艙內(nèi)將陽極
的接線柱定位并將密封橡皮塞、絕緣套“15”水密壓蓋等按正確安裝方式裝上。并用萬用電表測(cè)試陽極與船體的絕緣度,正常情況為不導(dǎo)通。一切正常后,在船體外殼用固定螺絲將陽極絕緣底座“4”與安裝底板“7”固定,同時(shí)在艙內(nèi)將水密罩壓蓋擰緊。

1.5.2 將艙外的陽極固定螺絲用環(huán)氧樹脂(或膠水)封掉。

1.5.3 接線:將陽極線接上,并擰緊螺母。
Wire connection: connect the anode wires and tight the nuts.
1.5.4 檢查:檢查陽極與鋼板的絕緣度,緊固螺絲是否松動(dòng),水密是否可靠,確認(rèn)一切正常后,將
陽極待用。
Inspection: check the insulation degree between the anode and the plate; check whether the fastening screws are loose, whether the watertight is reliable. The anode will be ready for use after all are confirmed to be normal.
1.6 涂裝陽極屏蔽層 Anode shield paint
在陽極安裝好后,在陽極四周涂裝陽極屏蔽層,屏蔽層的面積為:3.14m(Φ2000mm),其厚度為:陽極四周圍應(yīng)達(dá)2.0mm,最遠(yuǎn)的部分為1mm,在涂裝前應(yīng)將涂刷部位除銹出白達(dá)Sa21/2。陽極屏蔽層為甲、乙兩組份分裝,使用時(shí)將甲、乙兩組份1:1混合攪拌均勻后涂刷。

1.7 檢驗(yàn) Test
陽極安裝好后,需進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),內(nèi)容有:
The following items should be tested after the anode is installation:
a) 絕緣試驗(yàn):在無水無霧條件下,其絕緣度>1MΩ,若有霧,用萬用電表測(cè)不導(dǎo)通即可。
Insulation test: under waterproof and fog proof condition, the insulation degree should be > 1MΩ; If fog, it should be unconnected when measured with avometer.
b) 耐壓試驗(yàn):接入壓縮空氣,壓力0.5MPa,歷時(shí)15分鐘無變化為合格。
Anti-pressure test: Connect the compressed air, no changes in 15 minutes will be qualified with the pressure of 0.5MPa;
2.0 參比電極安裝 Reference Electrode Installation
2.1 定位 Orientation
按照設(shè)計(jì)要求確定參比電極在船體的具體安裝位置。
Determine the detailed installation location of reference electrode in the hull according to the design
requirements.
2.2 開孔 Hole opening
在確定的位置開孔,孔的直徑為Ф91mm,開好孔后,應(yīng)將其清理干凈。
Open the hole at determined location with the hole diameter of Ф91mm. The opened hole should be
cleared.

2.3 焊接安裝底板 Welding the installation backplane
將“參比電極結(jié)構(gòu)圖”中的底座法蘭“3”按結(jié)構(gòu)圖焊接(需兩面焊接),在焊接前需將其位置擺正,要與船體垂直。
Weld the mounting flange “3” in the reference electrode structure diagram in accordance with the
structure diagram (both sides should be welded), the location should be vertical with the hull and it should be correctly located before welding.
2.4 安裝參比電極 Reference Electrode Installation
將參比電極總成按結(jié)構(gòu)圖將進(jìn)行安裝,將參比電極體從艙內(nèi)伸入安裝底板孔中,用螺絲將水密罩法蘭與安裝底板固定。
The reference electrode assembly should be installed according to the structure diagram, insert the reference electrode through the cabin into the hole on installation backplane, and then fix the watertight enclosure flange with the installation backplane with the screws.
2.5 接線 Wire connection
先將參比電極線接上,并擰緊螺母。
Connect the reference electrode wires and tight the nuts.
2.6 檢查:檢查參比電極與鋼板的絕緣度,緊固螺絲是否松動(dòng),水密是否可靠,確認(rèn)一切正常后,
將參比電極待用。
Inspection: check the insulation degree between the reference electrode and the plate; check whether the fastening screws are loose, whether the watertight is reliable. The reference electrode will be ready for use after all are confirmed to be normal.
2.7 檢驗(yàn) Test
參比電極安裝好后,需進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),內(nèi)容有:
The following items should be tested after the reference electrode is installation:
a) 絕緣試驗(yàn):用萬用電表測(cè)定參比電極電纜與船體鋼板之間的`電阻,若顯示不導(dǎo)通即為合格。
Insulation test: measure the resistance between the reference electrode cable and hull plate with avometer, if unconnected, it will be qualified.
b) 耐壓試驗(yàn):接入壓縮空氣,壓力0.5MPa,歷時(shí)15分鐘無變化為合格。
Anti-pressure test :Connect the compressed air, no changes in 15 minutes will be qualified with the pressure of 0.5MPa;

Test procedures and methods of ICCP
1.0 試驗(yàn)前的準(zhǔn)備 Preparation before the test
裝置在運(yùn)行試驗(yàn)前,必須對(duì)裝置的安裝及接線進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格檢查,其檢查內(nèi)容有:
Before the device operation test, the device installation and wire connection should be strictly inspected, including:
1.1 陽極檢查:Anode Inspection
在船舶下水前,檢查陽極與船體鋼板是否絕緣,正常情況應(yīng)該絕緣不導(dǎo)通,如果發(fā)現(xiàn)導(dǎo)通須找原因進(jìn)行處理,同時(shí)檢查水密安裝是否可靠,安裝是否牢固,在船舶下水后應(yīng)再次檢查水密情況。
Before the ship launching, the insulation between the anode and the hull plate should be checked; under normal circumstances, it should be insulated without connection; if connected, find the reasons for treatment; at the same time check whether the watertight installation is reliable and whether the installation is fastened; re-check the watertight situation after the ship launching.
1.2 參比電極檢查:主要檢查水密情況。
Inspection of reference electrode: mainly check the watertight situation.
1.3 恒電儀檢查:檢查恒電位儀安裝是否牢固,設(shè)備在安裝中是否被損壞。
Inspection of potentiostat: check whether the potentiostat installation is solid and whether the
equipment is damaged during the installation.
1.4 接線檢查:Wire connection inspection:
檢查恒電位儀AC進(jìn)線,聯(lián)接是否正確,牢固。
Check whether the potentiostat AC line and connection are correct and firm.
陽極線檢查:檢查陽極線兩端是否正確聯(lián)接。
Anode wire inspection: check whether two ends of anode wire are correctly connected.
陰極線:接地線是否正確接地。
Cathode wire: check whether the grounding wire is correctly grounded.
參比電極線:參比電極線是否接線正確,參比電極接線是否接好。
Reference electrode wire: check whether the reference electrode wire is correctly connected and whether the reference wire connection is well connected.
2.0 運(yùn)行試驗(yàn) Operation test
2.1 在檢查無誤后才可以啟動(dòng)恒電位儀,進(jìn)入運(yùn)行試驗(yàn)狀態(tài)。
Start the potentiostat to enter the operation test state if the inspection is normal.
“功能選擇”開關(guān)K2置“手控”位置,并將W1、W2、W3電位器由逆時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)后回轉(zhuǎn)二圈。 Place the “FUNCTION SELECTION” switch K2 should be set at “Manual control” position, and
W1, W2 and W3 potentiometer should be anti-clockwise rotated before two circles back-rotation.
2.2 開機(jī)試驗(yàn) Boot-strap test
2.2.1 手控試驗(yàn) Manual control test
置“電源開關(guān)”K1于“ON”,數(shù)字顯示表點(diǎn)亮,選擇電位測(cè)量開關(guān)K3置于給定電位檔,順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)“手控”電位器W1,使輸出電壓、電流逐漸上升。
Place the “power switch” K1 on “ON”, the digital display meter will light up, select the potential measurement switch K3 on the given potential grade, rotate in clockwise way the “manual control” potentiometer W1 to keep the output voltage and current rising gradually.
2.2.2 自動(dòng)控制試驗(yàn) Automatic control test
若上述正常,將開關(guān)K2置“恒電位”位置,K3調(diào)到給定位置上,順時(shí)針調(diào)節(jié)恒電位的電位器
W2,使電位逐漸上升至所設(shè)的保護(hù)電位-0.82V。觀察參比電位跟綜給定電位值。若參比電極跟蹤測(cè)定的電位值與設(shè)定電位值基本一致,即為正常(注:在本設(shè)備中,采用Ag-AgCl參比電極,其電位已轉(zhuǎn)化顯示為正值)。
If the above are normal, set switch K2 at “potentiostatic” position and K3 to given position;
clockwise adjust the potentiometer W2 of the potentiostat to increase the potential to the set protection potential -0.82V. Observe the given potential value by tracking reference potential. If the measured potential value tracking by reference electrode is basically identical with the preset potential value, namely, normal. (Note: For this device, the potential has been changed to negative value using Ag-AgCl reference electrode is used, the potential has been changed to display positive value).
2.3 恒電流 Constant current
將K2開關(guān)置“恒電流”位置,順時(shí)針調(diào)節(jié)電流電位器W3,使電流逐漸上升至所設(shè)的保護(hù)電位上,該電流保持恒定。
Place K2 switch on the “constant current” position, regulate the current potentiometer W3 to keep the current rising gradually to the preset protection potentiometer, and the current keeps constant. 以上三項(xiàng)內(nèi)容正常后,將K2置“恒電位”位置,K3置“給定”位置,設(shè)備進(jìn)入長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。
On condition that above-mentioned three contents are normal, place K2 on “Constant potential” position, and K3 on “given” position, the equipment will start it long-term operation.
