　　以下行為視同乙方違約：

　　1、乙方不能按照協(xié)議中的上班時(shí)間和日期上班，經(jīng)協(xié)商，無法解決的。

　　3、在工作過程中表達(dá)不利于公司的禁忌語，經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)拒不改過的.。

　　第十五條 乙方在兼職期間及兼職結(jié)束離開甲方之后，均有保守甲方商業(yè)秘密的義務(wù)，不得以任何方式侵害甲方的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)和經(jīng)濟(jì)利益；不得將甲方的任何非公知性的信息，泄露、披露或提供給任何人士。

　　第十六條 兼職結(jié)束乙方應(yīng)辦理好工作交接手續(xù)，向甲方移交所有自己掌握的，包含在工作中的文檔、記錄、筆記以及甲方提供的工作物品。

　　第十七條 甲方和乙方如果改變?cè)诒緟f(xié)議中約定的通訊地址，應(yīng)提前三天書面通知對(duì)方，否則對(duì)原有地址的送達(dá)屬于有效送達(dá)。

　　第十八條 乙方確認(rèn)充分理解、知悉本協(xié)議全部內(nèi)容。
