  小學(xué)生年齡小,生性好動(dòng),***容易分散。教師要在教學(xué)中創(chuàng)設(shè)情景,充分進(jìn)行游戲、歌曲、繞口令、謎語(yǔ)、詩(shī)朗誦、分角色朗讀等活動(dòng),激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣。如:開(kāi)始新課之前,教師情緒飽滿地與學(xué)生同唱一首英語(yǔ)歌曲,這樣能消除學(xué)生的緊張情緒,調(diào)動(dòng)他們的學(xué)習(xí)熱情,喚起注意。課程進(jìn)行到中途應(yīng)適當(dāng)穿插興趣活動(dòng),這些活動(dòng)能充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的眼、耳、口、手等器官,通過(guò)視、聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、唱、表演等活動(dòng),使學(xué)生在輕松愉快的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍中復(fù)習(xí)詞匯、句式或常用表達(dá)方式與習(xí)慣用語(yǔ),提高學(xué)生聽(tīng)音、辨音能力,培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)感、增強(qiáng)記憶,使他們感到學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的樂(lè)趣,從而愛(ài)學(xué)、樂(lè)學(xué)。如在教學(xué)字母、音標(biāo)時(shí),可以把字母卡片制成頭飾,和學(xué)生一起做 “找朋友”游戲。學(xué)生把字母按讀音進(jìn)行歸類,將字母與對(duì)應(yīng)的音標(biāo)詞聯(lián)系起來(lái),進(jìn)行音標(biāo)拼讀訓(xùn)練,即鞏固了英語(yǔ)知識(shí),又培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的積極情緒。努力為學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)問(wèn)題情景和寬松的活動(dòng)氛圍,使學(xué)生在生動(dòng)活潑的學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中,學(xué)習(xí)情緒高漲,興趣倍增。

  二、努力創(chuàng)設(shè)有效的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境

  讓學(xué)生大膽運(yùn)用所學(xué)英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行口語(yǔ)交流,這種練習(xí)應(yīng)當(dāng)引起每位英語(yǔ)教師的****。教師要為全體學(xué)生盡可能提供說(shuō)話機(jī)會(huì),讓他們?cè)诟鞣N情景中跟教師學(xué)說(shuō)、跟錄音演唱、與同學(xué)互講,還應(yīng)做到大聲、清楚、流暢。教師要適時(shí)地予以表?yè)P(yáng)和鼓勵(lì),創(chuàng)造一種輕松**的環(huán)境,特別關(guān)愛(ài)那些性格內(nèi)向、膽小怕羞、發(fā)言較少的同學(xué),給他們更多的機(jī)會(huì)練習(xí)說(shuō)英語(yǔ),使他們大膽發(fā)言,勇敢進(jìn)行會(huì)話。并多給他們鼓勵(lì),肯定每一次進(jìn)步。引導(dǎo)學(xué)生主動(dòng)積極地參與到開(kāi)口說(shuō)英語(yǔ)、講英語(yǔ)、唱英語(yǔ)、演英語(yǔ)、誦英語(yǔ)等各種各樣的練習(xí)活動(dòng)中來(lái)。鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生盡量用學(xué)到的常用表達(dá)方式進(jìn)行對(duì)話,教師不要輕易打斷他們的對(duì)話,不過(guò)多地糾正語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤,而是把學(xué)生對(duì)話中這些錯(cuò)誤分類進(jìn)行整理,作為教學(xué)資源,在聽(tīng)錄音時(shí)幫助糾正。這樣大部分學(xué)生就會(huì)慢慢地在進(jìn)行會(huì)話練習(xí)時(shí),及時(shí)糾正發(fā)音錯(cuò)誤,迎頭趕上。

  另外,充分利用自制的教具、學(xué)生的學(xué)具、頭飾、實(shí)物、簡(jiǎn)筆畫、幻燈片、投影等創(chuàng)設(shè)情景,直觀明了,形象生動(dòng),效果良好。如在教學(xué)動(dòng)物單詞時(shí),教師出示很多有關(guān)的動(dòng)物圖片,如cat、panda 、dog、tiger、elephant等,整節(jié)課不提示單詞的漢語(yǔ)解釋,而是展示圖片說(shuō)出英語(yǔ),學(xué)生通過(guò)圖片很快掌握了單詞,從而提高了教學(xué)效果。簡(jiǎn)筆畫是教師的基本功,運(yùn)用簡(jiǎn)筆畫進(jìn)行教學(xué),讓學(xué)生印象深刻。如在教學(xué)表示天氣的形容詞sunny、cloudy、rainy、windy等單詞的時(shí)候,教師畫一個(gè)太陽(yáng),**:“What the weather like?”并寫出sunny,學(xué)生會(huì)記住這個(gè)單詞表達(dá)的天氣,接著簡(jiǎn)筆畫出示云朵、雨點(diǎn)、雪花,并出示相應(yīng)的單詞,進(jìn)行形象記憶,讓學(xué)生學(xué)得輕松。

  三、讓學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)中有成功感

  教學(xué)中要因材施教,對(duì)不同的學(xué)生要求不同,讓所有的學(xué)生有成功的機(jī)會(huì),讓學(xué)生感受到學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的成功感和快樂(lè)感,在教學(xué)中要精心設(shè)計(jì)課堂**,對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)好的學(xué)生要求高一些,回答較難的問(wèn)題,對(duì)后進(jìn)生要設(shè)置簡(jiǎn)單的問(wèn)題,讓他們也有成功的自豪感,激發(fā)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣。

  通過(guò)活動(dòng)給學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)輕松愉快的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境,使學(xué)生在具體形象、生動(dòng)活潑、富有情趣的活動(dòng)中進(jìn)行英語(yǔ)交際,體驗(yàn)身臨其境,親自參與的愉悅,品嘗學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的樂(lè)趣。讓學(xué)有余力的學(xué)生組成采編小組,分別負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)版面,繪制刊頭,征集稿件或刊登課堂用語(yǔ)、日常用語(yǔ)、作業(yè)展覽等,用教室的一角做服務(wù)臺(tái),讓學(xué)生們收集一些寫有英文的商標(biāo)卡片等或購(gòu)買收集一些文具用品、活動(dòng)用具、圖書、玩具等放到服務(wù)臺(tái)上,學(xué)生購(gòu)物或借用,要求服務(wù)員與顧客之間講日常用語(yǔ)。要用欣賞的眼光看待學(xué)生的點(diǎn)滴進(jìn)步,教師的一句話、一個(gè)眼神、一個(gè)手勢(shì),都會(huì)使學(xué)生產(chǎn)生學(xué)習(xí)的樂(lè)趣,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的成功感,從而主動(dòng)積極地參與到學(xué)習(xí)中來(lái)。

  總之,學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)興趣是提高課堂教學(xué)效果和學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)的關(guān)鍵。教師要注重學(xué)生的興趣和需求,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)、合作學(xué)習(xí),充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性,讓學(xué)生在逐步掌握英語(yǔ)知識(shí)和技能的同時(shí),提高語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力,不斷開(kāi)發(fā)學(xué)生的思維能力,發(fā)展學(xué)生的個(gè)性。

  小學(xué)英語(yǔ)的教學(xué)目的,是激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的積極態(tài)度,使學(xué)生建立學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的自信心;培養(yǎng)學(xué)生具有一定的語(yǔ)感和良好的語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)調(diào)、書寫基礎(chǔ),以及良好的學(xué)**慣,使學(xué)生初步具有用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單日常交流的能力。由此可見(jiàn),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言的能力和用英語(yǔ)獲取信息的能力,如何提高學(xué)生的聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力,尤其是口語(yǔ)能力,是小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中的一個(gè)主要問(wèn)題。作為一名小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師,筆者淺談如何有效地提高學(xué)生的口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力。

  一、培養(yǎng)信心,讓學(xué)生敢說(shuō)英語(yǔ)

  當(dāng)小學(xué)生心理上緊張,怕犯錯(cuò),信心不足,其說(shuō)話的能力自然受到影響。因此,首先要樹(shù)立學(xué)生的自信心。小學(xué)生說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的自信心,主要來(lái)自于教師對(duì)他們的評(píng)價(jià)。因此,教師要相信學(xué)生的能力,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生大膽說(shuō)。

  二、善于典故引導(dǎo),讓學(xué)生主動(dòng)培養(yǎng)自信心

  用先進(jìn)事跡鼓舞人,是幫助學(xué)生樹(shù)立英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)自信心的起點(diǎn)!坝兄菊呤戮钩,三千越甲可吞吳”。古今中外勤能補(bǔ)拙的例子也不勝枚舉。我常用“瘋狂英語(yǔ)”的創(chuàng)立者李陽(yáng)其人其事來(lái)激勵(lì)學(xué)生。基礎(chǔ)差不要緊,笨鳥(niǎo)先飛,關(guān)鍵是我們要引導(dǎo)學(xué)生樹(shù)立起學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的自信心:別人可以講一口流利、純正、地道的英語(yǔ),我們也一定能。

  三、善于表?yè)P(yáng)激勵(lì),讓學(xué)生重新拾起自信心

  孩子是很自信的,父母和教師過(guò)多的批評(píng)和責(zé)備才讓他們失去了自信。作為教師對(duì)他們首先要有信心,要多給他們關(guān)心和愛(ài)護(hù)。對(duì)他們要多一些表?yè)P(yáng),少一些批評(píng)和責(zé)備。要常對(duì)他們說(shuō):“你能行,老師相信你。”這對(duì)學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),就意味著老師的重視、關(guān)懷和期待。如果學(xué)生的做法能得到老師及時(shí)而中肯的評(píng)價(jià),學(xué)生就會(huì)感到自己被賞識(shí)、重視,就會(huì)愉快、積極,增強(qiáng)自信心。反之,就會(huì)情緒低落、被動(dòng)、缺乏信心。即使他們做錯(cuò)了,也不要全盤否定,更不能諷刺、挖苦,而要就事論事,幫助他們分析錯(cuò)誤的原因,鼓勵(lì)他們想辦法戰(zhàn)勝困難。培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自信心的條件是讓他們不斷得到成功的體驗(yàn),而過(guò)多的失敗體驗(yàn),則使他們對(duì)自己的能力產(chǎn)生懷疑。因此,教師要根據(jù)學(xué)生發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)和個(gè)性差異,提出適合其水*的任務(wù)和要求,確立一個(gè)適當(dāng)?shù)哪繕?biāo),使其經(jīng)過(guò)努力能夠完成。注意啟發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)性和積極性,并善于創(chuàng)造機(jī)會(huì)讓學(xué)生體檢成功,肯定自己的能力從而擁有自信。

  四、激發(fā)興趣,讓學(xué)生愛(ài)說(shuō)英語(yǔ)

  興趣,是老生常談的影響學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度要素之一,但它確實(shí)在學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程中起著關(guān)鍵的作用。小學(xué)生學(xué)英語(yǔ)往往從興趣出發(fā),若強(qiáng)行要他們學(xué)英語(yǔ),反而給他們更多的心理負(fù)擔(dān),引起厭學(xué)情緒。因此,教師應(yīng)該結(jié)合教材內(nèi)容,精心設(shè)計(jì)與小學(xué)生生活實(shí)際緊密結(jié)合、形式多樣、生動(dòng)活潑的課堂教學(xué)活動(dòng),讓學(xué)生在自然、舒心的氛圍中學(xué)習(xí)和運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言,激發(fā)學(xué)生說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的興趣,調(diào)動(dòng)他們講英語(yǔ)的積極性。

  學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣是推動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的一種最實(shí)際最有效的內(nèi)部動(dòng)力,直接影響學(xué)習(xí)效果和教學(xué)成績(jī)。古代***孔子曾說(shuō)過(guò)“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如樂(lè)之者”。因此在教學(xué)過(guò)程中,要讓學(xué)生輕松、愉悅、主動(dòng)、有效地學(xué)習(xí),關(guān)鍵就是培養(yǎng)起學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。幾年來(lái),我在教學(xué)過(guò)實(shí)踐中圍繞這一課題,進(jìn)行了一些探討和嘗試。

  一、加強(qiáng)情感教育,誘導(dǎo)興趣

  英語(yǔ)教學(xué)不僅是一個(gè)認(rèn)識(shí)過(guò)程,而且也是一種情感活動(dòng)過(guò)程。學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情感調(diào)控的好,可以變被動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)為主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)。首先要讓學(xué)生在獲得知識(shí)、解決問(wèn)題的過(guò)程中親身感受英語(yǔ)知識(shí)的廣泛應(yīng)用,以此激發(fā)學(xué)生的求知欲,讓其產(chǎn)生肯定的學(xué)習(xí)情感,使他們認(rèn)識(shí)到如果想擁有一個(gè)美好的未來(lái),且能更好的勝任以后的工作,必須學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)并且一定要學(xué)好英語(yǔ)。其次,教師要注重對(duì)學(xué)生的感情投入。通過(guò)日常教學(xué)中許多細(xì)微之處對(duì)學(xué)生科學(xué)引導(dǎo)、熱情幫助,使學(xué)生切實(shí)感受到老師的愛(ài)心和對(duì)自己的關(guān)懷,時(shí)時(shí)刻刻感覺(jué)老師在關(guān)注自己,使之“親其師,信其道”,這祥師生之間就會(huì)產(chǎn)生情感共鳴,學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)課就會(huì)產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈的興趣.,由厭學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化為好學(xué)、愛(ài)學(xué)、樂(lè)學(xué)。最后,在教學(xué)過(guò)程中教師要注意批評(píng)的藝術(shù)和技巧,要維護(hù)學(xué)生的自尊心和個(gè)人尊嚴(yán)。在婉言中改正自己的錯(cuò)誤。教師要特別注意遵循“表?yè)P(yáng)+幫助”的原則,避免“批評(píng)與訓(xùn)斥”。

  二、運(yùn)用電教**,激發(fā)興趣

  學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言最怕缺乏語(yǔ)言環(huán)境,課上沒(méi)有英語(yǔ)氣氛,會(huì)使具有好動(dòng)、情感易變特性的學(xué)生感到枯燥乏味。運(yùn)用多**,精心設(shè)計(jì)好每一堂課,把抽象的語(yǔ)言、單調(diào)的詞匯、語(yǔ)段具體化、生動(dòng)化、形象化,就會(huì)深刻地吸引學(xué)生的***,激發(fā)起學(xué)習(xí)情趣,迅速培養(yǎng)其學(xué)習(xí)興趣,提高學(xué)英語(yǔ)的能動(dòng)力。例如,在教學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)學(xué)校功能室的對(duì)話時(shí),用錄像機(jī)先拍下學(xué)生在功能室活動(dòng)的情景再出現(xiàn)英語(yǔ)標(biāo)志牌,這樣,學(xué)生們就有身臨其境的感覺(jué)。在這樣的情景中學(xué)習(xí)并操練,學(xué)生們感到生動(dòng)有趣且記憶深刻。又如把詞匯放到句子里,再運(yùn)用投影把抽象的文字符號(hào)以各種絢麗多彩的畫面呈現(xiàn),動(dòng)詞以動(dòng)作表現(xiàn),名詞以實(shí)物或靜物畫面表現(xiàn),其它難以單獨(dú)表示的就配以恰當(dāng)?shù)恼Z(yǔ)言環(huán)境,或老師用手勢(shì)、表情來(lái)輔助表現(xiàn),這樣就會(huì)把抽象的東西具體化、形象化,即可滿足學(xué)生的好奇心、求知欲,也能全面調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生看、聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、想等多方面的積極性。

  三、利用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)比賽,培養(yǎng)興趣

  根據(jù)學(xué)生的心理特點(diǎn)制造一種積極的氛圍,對(duì)學(xué)生的行為會(huì)起到強(qiáng)化定向作用,有利于充分發(fā)揮參與者的創(chuàng)造力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。如一面優(yōu)勝小紅花,一句“Excellent”等都會(huì)使學(xué)生感到愉悅和滿足,在學(xué)會(huì)話時(shí),我就告訴學(xué)生,在一段時(shí)間后,我們將采用競(jìng)賽的方式進(jìn)行會(huì)話比賽,選出優(yōu)勝小組進(jìn)行獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。這樣就激勵(lì)學(xué)生每一課的對(duì)話都應(yīng)學(xué)好,方能取勝。在學(xué)字母時(shí),又事先告訴學(xué)生,當(dāng)字母學(xué)完后,將舉行書寫比賽。同學(xué)們?cè)趯W(xué)寫的過(guò)程中,非常認(rèn)真,寫時(shí)非常投入,以至于歷次比賽中,我都比較發(fā)愁,簡(jiǎn)直不分高低,基本上個(gè)個(gè)做到書寫規(guī)范、清楚認(rèn)真,為今后的書寫打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。在*時(shí)的作業(yè)中,我采用符號(hào)方式進(jìn)行激勵(lì),但如果有些學(xué)生因某種原因沒(méi)能在本子上被老師寫上“gd”允許學(xué)生回去再重寫,這次可以不算數(shù),到最后我們還有一個(gè)看誰(shuí)的“gd”多的比賽呢,這樣誰(shuí)都不甘落后。同時(shí),組與組、班與班之間也有比賽,激發(fā)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí),培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)興趣。

  四、強(qiáng)化成功愉快,鞏固興趣

  教學(xué)中要特別注重給學(xué)生成功感,因?yàn)椤俺晒υ酱,興趣越大,動(dòng)力越大”。當(dāng)學(xué)生在某一方面獲得了一次成功后,即使他們的成功只不過(guò)寫對(duì)了一個(gè)句子,學(xué)生也會(huì)感到高興,繼而對(duì)英語(yǔ)產(chǎn)生親切之感,必反饋出巨大的內(nèi)驅(qū)力,驅(qū)使他們向著第二次、第三次……的成功邁進(jìn),從而形成穩(wěn)定而持久的興趣。在教學(xué)過(guò)程中,教師要多創(chuàng)設(shè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和成功的機(jī)會(huì),讓學(xué)生在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中體味到通過(guò)自己的努力取得成功的快樂(lè)。如講完一課后,可設(shè)計(jì)幾組綜合訓(xùn)練題印發(fā)給學(xué)生,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生積極思維,知難而上,按照題目的“坡度”,讓不同水*的學(xué)生都能“跳一跳夠的著”。在幾番周折和反復(fù)討論中,使問(wèn)題得到解決,使學(xué)生從中體驗(yàn)到成功的愉悅,感受到努力的價(jià)值。對(duì)中、差生要特別留意,耐心啟發(fā),對(duì)他們學(xué)習(xí)中每一點(diǎn)成績(jī)都要及時(shí)地真誠(chéng)地給予肯定和表?yè)P(yáng),并且多給他們創(chuàng)造成功的機(jī)會(huì),使他們?cè)谧约撼晒Φ挠淇熘,增?qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的自信心。

  五、創(chuàng)設(shè)表現(xiàn)空間,拓展興趣

  愿意表現(xiàn)自己并希望得到認(rèn)可,這是每個(gè)學(xué)生的心聲。在日常的教學(xué)中,老師要盡可能多地給學(xué)生提供和創(chuàng)造表現(xiàn)自己的機(jī)會(huì)。課堂上的雙邊和多邊活動(dòng),能使不同程度的學(xué)生都能積極參與課堂教學(xué),那些知識(shí)運(yùn)用靈活、反應(yīng)比較快、口頭表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)的學(xué)生會(huì)覺(jué)得特別“露臉”。課文的改編表演、課外活動(dòng)中的短劇小品,讓那些學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)雖不出類拔萃,但具有表演才能的學(xué)生獲得了“最佳演員”的桂冠。那些有繪畫才能的,在把課文改編成連環(huán)畫的作業(yè)中大顯身手,在幫助老師把課文變成投影片中,也淋漓盡致的表演了一番,在**小小的各類競(jìng)賽中,那些表現(xiàn)出眾者體驗(yàn)到了站到領(lǐng)獎(jiǎng)臺(tái)上的激動(dòng)。而“再表現(xiàn)”的欲望,會(huì)激起他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,會(huì)使他們?cè)谕庹Z(yǔ)課上滿懷興趣,集中精力,課下又根據(jù)自己的愛(ài)好,翻閱英語(yǔ)課外書,拓寬自己的知識(shí)面。從而使學(xué)生各得其所,各展其長(zhǎng),達(dá)到健康發(fā)展個(gè)性的目的。

  六、利用課外活動(dòng),延伸興趣
