  1、分析學(xué)生情況復(fù)習(xí)工作能否做好,需要老師和學(xué)生共同的努力,復(fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃,內(nèi)容,過程必須適應(yīng)我們學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)才能發(fā)揮良好的作用,取得理想的效果。因此,我們四位英語老師分析了學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)。發(fā)現(xiàn)我們的學(xué)生普遍存在比較浮躁的學(xué)習(xí)心理,并且很多學(xué)生比較容易驕傲自滿,對(duì)于基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的掌握都不牢固而且比較不屑于處理簡(jiǎn)單的問題。所以造成的現(xiàn)象是優(yōu)生不優(yōu),很多學(xué)生都徘徊在中等的水*,基礎(chǔ)差的學(xué)生又比較懶惰。針對(duì)這一特點(diǎn),我們決定必須首先讓學(xué)生們端正思想,知道下一步應(yīng)該做什么,我們和不同層次的學(xué)生溝通思想,幫助他們認(rèn)識(shí)到自己的不足之處,確定復(fù)習(xí)中第一步的行動(dòng)。

  2、研究試題,留意中考信息,及時(shí)了解命題變化和趨勢(shì)由于我們備課組四位老師中,2位老師是首次擔(dān)任初三英語教學(xué)工作,因此很有必要仔細(xì)的研究歷年的中考試題,來把握中考命題的特點(diǎn)。**來中考試題從知識(shí)型向能力型轉(zhuǎn)變,淡化語法,注重語篇,突出交際,強(qiáng)調(diào)應(yīng)用,體現(xiàn)地方特色,散發(fā)時(shí)代氣息并開始進(jìn)行學(xué)科之間的滲透。

  主要體現(xiàn)在:

  1.通過實(shí)際情景和語境考查學(xué)生對(duì)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的理解和運(yùn)用。

  2.試題選材結(jié)合熱點(diǎn),注重教育性。

  3.試題緊密聯(lián)系生活,注重考查學(xué)生綜合運(yùn)用語言解決實(shí)際問題的能力。

  4.采用開放性試題考查學(xué)生的語言實(shí)際運(yùn)用能力。

  二、復(fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃

  俗語說:不打無準(zhǔn)備之仗。制訂復(fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃目的在于避免盲目性,增強(qiáng)針對(duì)性,力求在有限的時(shí)間內(nèi)獲得最佳復(fù)習(xí)效果。

  我們將復(fù)習(xí)分為三個(gè)階段:

  1、基于課文內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)復(fù)習(xí)階段。在這個(gè)階段,我們主要以課文單元為主復(fù)習(xí)詞匯,短語,常用句型,語法知識(shí)等基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。

  2、專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練階段。按照中考題型逐一集中訓(xùn)練。這一階段我們準(zhǔn)備以題型為載體,滲透做法指導(dǎo)。幫助學(xué)生熟悉中考題型,掌握一定的解題技巧。發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,及時(shí)解決。

  3、綜合模擬訓(xùn)練階段,綜合訓(xùn)練、仿真模擬。準(zhǔn)備采取課上、課下做題相結(jié)合的方式,要求學(xué)生**認(rèn)真完成,讓學(xué)生弄清錯(cuò)誤原因,哪塊知識(shí)存在問題,查漏補(bǔ)缺。配以模擬訓(xùn)練,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生時(shí)間意識(shí),良好的應(yīng)試心理。

  三、口語復(fù)習(xí)

  由于4月底進(jìn)行的口語考試,我們?cè)谇耙欢蔚臅r(shí)間里花了很大的精力,為了不影響第一階段的復(fù)習(xí),我們主要采取了以下措施:

  1、利用好晨會(huì)時(shí)間,指導(dǎo)學(xué)生早讀。早讀內(nèi)容以口語材料為主。

  2、從每天中午抽出一刻鐘時(shí)間,**學(xué)生結(jié)對(duì)練習(xí),掌握問答和對(duì)話,對(duì)重點(diǎn)詞語進(jìn)行小組互查。

  3、利用晚自修時(shí)間,對(duì)口語薄弱的部分學(xué)生進(jìn)行單獨(dú)輔導(dǎo)?谠噺(fù)習(xí)主要是以學(xué)生結(jié)對(duì)的形式完成的,我們給學(xué)生規(guī)定每天必須完成的任務(wù),讓他們結(jié)對(duì)完成,我們每天檢查,對(duì)個(gè)別學(xué)生進(jìn)行抽查。

  四、目前復(fù)習(xí)情況

  目前我們已經(jīng)基本完成了第一階段的復(fù)習(xí)。這個(gè)階段課文是復(fù)習(xí)的中心,是語音、詞匯、語法知識(shí)、聽說讀寫活動(dòng)和培養(yǎng)聽說讀寫能力的.綜合材料,是復(fù)習(xí)的主要依據(jù)。但復(fù)習(xí)課又不同于新授課,我們?cè)谡n堂中非常注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自我總結(jié)、自我歸納、自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力。在復(fù)習(xí)詞匯的時(shí)候,我們每天默寫一定量的單詞。根據(jù)讀音、拼寫、同義詞、反義詞、同音詞、形近詞等對(duì)單詞分別整理總結(jié),區(qū)別異同,減少使用錯(cuò)誤。同時(shí)我們還按照詞類對(duì)單詞進(jìn)行整理,拓展,建立詞形與詞義之間的聯(lián)系,熟悉單詞的用法。在詞組的總結(jié)的時(shí)候我們按照詞類歸納分為名詞詞組,動(dòng)詞詞組,介詞詞組等。列出課文中的重點(diǎn)詞組,要求學(xué)生每天背誦默寫。同時(shí),我們還常按照某一中心詞來歸納總結(jié)詞組。語法復(fù)習(xí)重點(diǎn)是八種時(shí)態(tài)、動(dòng)詞不定式、被動(dòng)語態(tài),以及賓語從句、和狀語從句。我們?cè)诎磫卧獜?fù)習(xí)的同時(shí),常通過比較,找出異同,把各種語法項(xiàng)目聯(lián)系起來,做到前后關(guān)聯(lián)。課后我們加以有針對(duì)性地練習(xí)來鞏固。每一個(gè)單元我們總結(jié)經(jīng)典句型讓學(xué)生們加以背誦,并要求他們?cè)谧鲿姹磉_(dá)的時(shí)候盡量運(yùn)用。因?yàn)槭菑?fù)習(xí),所以我們盡量做到突出一個(gè)“總”字。面對(duì)上千的單詞,成百的短詞和詞組,幾十種句型,大到語法項(xiàng)目,小到具體的知識(shí)點(diǎn),我們?cè)趶?fù)習(xí)中將他們相互聯(lián)系起來,形成網(wǎng)絡(luò),形成系統(tǒng),使學(xué)生通過復(fù)習(xí)對(duì)這些零零碎碎的知識(shí)能有比較清晰的概念。根據(jù)第一階段復(fù)習(xí)的情況來看,我們還將花一些時(shí)間來加強(qiáng)學(xué)生普遍比較薄弱的部分。然后再準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)入第二階段專項(xiàng)的復(fù)習(xí)。

  五、復(fù)習(xí)中的幾個(gè)點(diǎn)

  1、詞匯、閱讀、聽力貫穿始終,堅(jiān)持每天一練。

  2、及時(shí)反饋,查漏補(bǔ)缺。

  第二輪: 以中考指導(dǎo)用書為主加強(qiáng)復(fù)習(xí),認(rèn)真梳理《學(xué)習(xí)指導(dǎo)用書》上重要的知識(shí)點(diǎn)、語法知識(shí)體系、專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練,幫助學(xué)生構(gòu)建知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。 進(jìn)行綜合訓(xùn)練,對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行書面表達(dá)訓(xùn)練、多做各種模仿試題,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生答題能力和技巧,進(jìn)行查漏補(bǔ)缺。

  詳細(xì)做法:每周二的上午第三節(jié)課安排一個(gè)老師上研究課,第四節(jié)課進(jìn)行評(píng)課,主要對(duì)需改進(jìn)之處提出寶貴建議,共同探討復(fù)習(xí)教學(xué)策略,提高復(fù)習(xí)課的教學(xué)效果,第五節(jié)繼承集體備課,研究提高課堂效益的途徑重視對(duì)分層補(bǔ)差和課外作業(yè)篩選方面的研究尤其重視研究中考考綱和課標(biāo)。

  2、整合所學(xué)課文的知識(shí),擴(kuò)大每節(jié)復(fù)習(xí)課的容量,力求層次迭起,吸引學(xué)生的注重力,使其保持復(fù)習(xí)的積極性

  我們打算按照《初中英語學(xué)業(yè)考試復(fù)習(xí)指導(dǎo)用書》上的按冊(cè)、按單元順序復(fù)習(xí),采取“先密后疏”進(jìn)行教材內(nèi)容的復(fù)習(xí)(初一內(nèi)容用幾節(jié)課“速戰(zhàn)速?zèng)Q”;初二內(nèi)容、初三內(nèi)容按照《初中英語學(xué)業(yè)考試復(fù)習(xí)指導(dǎo)用書》的單元合并復(fù)習(xí)。)因?yàn)楦鱾(gè)單元有各自不同的教學(xué)目標(biāo)、要求及重點(diǎn),在復(fù)習(xí)課中,我們要將*時(shí)數(shù)節(jié)課、數(shù)個(gè)單元或不同階段的知識(shí)前后聯(lián)系,“前拉后扯”地整合在一起。

  整合內(nèi)容包括:語音、詞匯、語法、功能和話題五個(gè)方面。尤其值得留意的是我們可以將《江蘇省中學(xué)生英語口語等級(jí)測(cè)試綱要》的功能和話題與《初中英語學(xué)業(yè)考試復(fù)習(xí)指導(dǎo)用書》上的相關(guān)內(nèi)容有機(jī)結(jié)合,從而做到事半功倍的效果,通過整合幫助學(xué)生對(duì)所學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行梳理、歸納,總結(jié)出規(guī)律,使其系統(tǒng)化,便于記憶,促進(jìn)運(yùn)用。

  舉例:動(dòng)詞復(fù)習(xí)的構(gòu)思

  首先,應(yīng)向?qū)W生再次復(fù)習(xí)動(dòng)詞的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),包括動(dòng)詞的基本形式、基本時(shí)態(tài)、語態(tài)以及非謂語在某些固定搭配的情況。在這些基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)上,基本先檢查學(xué)生動(dòng)詞基本形式(規(guī)則與不規(guī)則)的書寫、七種時(shí)態(tài)的基本構(gòu)成和在何種情形中使用(時(shí)間狀語和語境)、介紹被動(dòng)語態(tài)在一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)和一般過去時(shí)的使用、幫助學(xué)生列出一些動(dòng)詞以非謂語形式在短語中的使用。這些知識(shí)的復(fù)習(xí)都以學(xué)生的分析、舉例為前提,再加以教師的補(bǔ)充。

  有一次,學(xué)校正要舉行一次跑步比賽。于是開始比賽時(shí),我的排號(hào)是——“79”號(hào),我的重任是上午是60米短跑,下午是100米短跑。上午,我在進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備時(shí),聽見吳老師高聲地喊著:“79號(hào),79號(hào)”,于是我聽見了立馬小跑過去。當(dāng)吳老師看見我時(shí),就對(duì)我說:“今天上午的短跑比賽一定得奪到第一名,否則語文書上最長(zhǎng)的一篇課文抄5遍!”這雖然是一句簡(jiǎn)簡(jiǎn)單單的一句話,可是對(duì)我來說這句話蘊(yùn)含著無數(shù)的力量——壓力!它像一座堅(jiān)固的泰山,讓我有點(diǎn)頂不住。這句話深深地扎進(jìn)了我幼小的心靈。但是只要一想到要罰抄5遍,我整個(gè)身子仿佛有了取之不盡,用之不完的力量,另外還有一個(gè)原因:這是一次很好的機(jī)會(huì),能為班級(jí)爭(zhēng)光,所以我不能給自己班丟臉,要為班級(jí)抹上“金光”。最后我也決定一定得拿到第一名,來證明自己能行。

  只聽槍聲一響,我立刻做好了跑步的姿勢(shì),像一匹正等待著車夫的鞭子,正沖向戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)的寶馬只要鞭子一響,我便會(huì)撒開四蹄只直奔終點(diǎn)。一小會(huì)兒,出跑的槍聲又響了起來,于是我奮力地跑著,為奪得到第一名去奮斗。我拼命地跑著,豆大的汗珠從臉頰下滴了下來,這時(shí)后的我真像一只發(fā)了威的母老虎似的,連跑帶飛的直奔終點(diǎn)。不大一會(huì)兒,我瞟了一眼身后的“戰(zhàn)友”。因?yàn)殡x終點(diǎn)越來越近,所以我的“戰(zhàn)友”們也一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)加快步伐在沖刺。于是我就想:我也得加把勁了,小心被他們趕**,然后,我就像一輛汽車使勁地為自己加“油”,一會(huì)兒,我終于跑過了終點(diǎn)。當(dāng)我奪到第一名時(shí),我心里別提有多高興,心底里像一朵綻開的花,像吃了一塊蜜糖甜的無法形容。當(dāng)時(shí)吳老師為我喝彩,柯靈小學(xué)的跑步教練也為我喝彩······我心想:要是班級(jí)里的同學(xué)和老師要是知道了這件事,一定也會(huì)為我開心、喝彩。

  中午,中飯吃好,我和柯靈小學(xué)的訓(xùn)練的“同胞“們一會(huì)兒跳繩,一會(huì)兒踢毽子,一會(huì)兒······我們像一只只剛從籠子里**出來,剛獲得**的鳥兒,無憂無慮在廣闊的藍(lán)天飛翔。

  一會(huì)兒,一個(gè)中午在體育管理地度過了,又迎來了下午100米緊張又激烈的短跑比賽。這些比賽是多么驚心動(dòng)魄呀!忽然,只聽見跑步教練吹了一聲口哨,他暗示我們?cè)撊?zhǔn)備一下了。我們來到操場(chǎng)。因?yàn)橄挛绲谝粋(gè)項(xiàng)目是女生組100米短跑,所以我是第一個(gè)去的。忽然,吳老師的身影又出現(xiàn)在我的面前,便又跟我說:“今天下午一定得拿到第一名,不然后果跟上午說得一樣,上午比賽不錯(cuò),再接再厲!边@一次我聽了這話并沒有懼怕和擔(dān)心,因?yàn)橐呀?jīng)有了一肚子的信心——相信我一定可以奪得第一名。

  一、壓力-動(dòng)力

  在**有一個(gè)流傳很廣的故事:古時(shí)候**漁民出海捕鰻魚,因?yàn)榇。氐桨哆厱r(shí)鰻魚幾乎都死光了。但是,有一個(gè)漁民船上的各種捕魚裝備以及盛魚的船艙,和別人的都完全一樣,可他的魚每次回來都是活蹦亂跳的,他的魚因此賣的價(jià)錢高過別人幾倍。沒過幾年,他就成了大富翁。后來他身染重病,不能出海捕魚了。他才把這個(gè)秘密告訴他的兒子;在盛鰻魚的船艙里,放進(jìn)一些鯰魚,因?yàn)轹狋~和鯰魚生性好咬斗,為了對(duì)付鯰魚的攻擊,鰻魚也被迫竭力反擊。在戰(zhàn)斗狀態(tài)中,鰻魚求生的本能被充分的調(diào)動(dòng)起來。所以就活了下來。

  漁民還告訴他的兒子,鰻魚死的原因是,它們知道被捕住了,等待它們的只有死路一條,生的希望破滅了,所以在船里過不了多久就死掉了。

  這就是自然生態(tài)的奧秘之處,當(dāng)鰻魚面對(duì)天敵時(shí),警戒心倍增而求生欲被激發(fā),全力抵抗鯰魚的威脅侵?jǐn)_,而加強(qiáng)了對(duì)運(yùn)送過程的適應(yīng)力,存活率反而提高。

  二、壓力=提升自身價(jià)值

  Different people,however,think of stress quite differently.Some believe that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be.They are of the opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and to give purpose to life.Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline and hence endangers his health.According to them,relaxation,the opposite of stress,is essential for a healthy mind and body.

  Personally,I’m in favor of the former view.I think it is impossible to avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues.In my opinion,it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor performance and ill health.
