4、按照“政府引導(dǎo)、煙草扶持、第三方服務(wù)、市場化運作”的總體要求，與縣煙草公司聯(lián)合，進一步總結(jié)、完善、規(guī)范各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)烤煙生產(chǎn)技術(shù)服務(wù)社的規(guī)章制度和后續(xù)管理工作，促使各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)烤煙生產(chǎn)技術(shù)服務(wù)社健康穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。同時開展好烤煙生產(chǎn)科技進村入戶活動，支持各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)開展科普服務(wù)和實用科技培訓(xùn)活動。
