　　鯨的繁殖能力非常地差,兩年才生下一頭幼鯨,由于人們?nèi)我獠稓⒑秃Ｑ蟓h(huán)境的污染已經(jīng)急速下降,許多種類已經(jīng)瀕臨**了.

　　有許多人對鯨很感興趣,所以他們已經(jīng)在靠近大海的.地方,造了一個研究鯨的房子,只要一有鯨,他們就用一個像三角型一樣的東西夾住鯨,把它拖到岸邊,鯨的血立刻染紅了一片大海,從此鯨不斷減少,最大的藍(lán)鯨和其它種類的鯨都已成為稀有動物,不到一百頭.

　　同學(xué)們,讓我們呼吁人類,呼吁世界保護(hù)鯨吧!鯨的種類已經(jīng)很少了,讓我們保護(hù)鯨吧!希望鯨的慘劇以后在也不要發(fā)生了!讓我們共同保護(hù)鯨吧!

親愛的同學(xué)們：

　　現(xiàn)在我國的一些鯨正瀕臨**，它正面臨許多災(zāi)難，人類的捕殺，鯨的捕食關(guān)系，自然的災(zāi)害……它們現(xiàn)在很危險，我在此倡議：一定要保護(hù)我們的朋友——鯨。

　　鯨是人類親密的朋友，是自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)重要部分，是大自然賦予人類的'資源。保護(hù)鯨，維護(hù)鯨的環(huán)境，不僅關(guān)系到人類的生存與發(fā)展，也是保護(hù)我們賴以生存的家園。

　　我國是一個鯨資源較多的地方，但是由于生態(tài)環(huán)境的惡化，人的捕殺，使我國鯨的數(shù)量分布日益縮小，許多種類正處于**狀態(tài)。特別是這幾年，捕殺鯨的行為屢見不止，使許多種類的處境更加艱難。

　　我們不但要自己做到保護(hù)鯨，還要不斷提醒身邊的人一起來保護(hù)自然之子——鯨。

　　現(xiàn)在請大家想一想，我們這個世界，如果沒有了鯨，我們?nèi)祟悤�怎樣？如果因�(yàn)檫@個而再使一個物種**，生活又會怎樣？也許是無奈，或許捕殺更多的動物，但是無論會怎樣，對人類說，沒有了鯨，又大量捕殺動物，只會和動物一起走向**。

　　請大家不要忘記，人類雖然比鯨更加聰明，但是我們也是動物。如果有鯨像我們殘害鯨一樣的害我們，將會怎樣？

　　鯨類由于經(jīng)濟(jì)價值很大，自古以來就是人類捕殺的對象，但過去由于捕獵的**落后，獵取量比較小，尚不足以影響鯨的數(shù)量。到了近代，人們改用航船和火炮獵捕鯨類，殺作力**增強(qiáng)，使得鯨的數(shù)量銳減，很多種類瀕臨**。

　　親愛的朋友們，鯨一直是人類的朋友，是海洋生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分，是大自然賦予人類的寶貴自然資源。保護(hù)鯨魚，維護(hù)生態(tài)*衡，不僅關(guān)系到人類的生存與發(fā)展，也是*衡一個國家、一個民族、一個城市文明進(jìn)步的'重要標(biāo)志。到現(xiàn)在，藍(lán)鯨只剩下不到五十只了。

　　因此，我們要倡議：

　　1、 加強(qiáng)鯨魚捕撈管理，減少對鯨魚誤傷及資源的浪費(fèi)。

　　2、 禁止非法漁業(yè)活動，嚴(yán)格**沿岸生活和工業(yè)污水排放，保護(hù)海洋生活環(huán)境。

　　3、 建設(shè)海洋生物保護(hù)館，樹立海洋生態(tài)保護(hù)意識，加強(qiáng)鯨魚保護(hù)知識的宣傳的教育工作和學(xué)習(xí)。

　　4、 禁止捕撈鯨。

　　地球是一個蔚藍(lán)的星球，海洋是人類賴以生存的生命家園，廣袤的海洋孕育了幾千年的人類文化。

全世界的人們：

　　你們好！

　　當(dāng)你們殺完了一條又一條可憐的鯨時，你們會不會感覺到你自己很殘忍？我想肯定不會。因?yàn)椋�你們都有膽子殺那些鯨，當(dāng)然不會覺得自己很殘忍。如果你們把自己比做那些鯨的話你們會不會覺得那些人很殘忍，我想應(yīng)該會。那如果會的話，你們?yōu)槭裁匆獨(dú)⑺鼈兡�，你們只顧自己吃它們的肉，那它們呢，它們的感受是什么？而且世界上的鯨還會永遠(yuǎn)的**，那時侯，你們也會去做牢，那，這又何必呢？

　　“掛羊頭，賣狗肉”是人所不恥的行為。在全世界都關(guān)注、保護(hù)海洋生態(tài)的今天，**卻公然漠視國際公約，打著“科研、文化”**大肆捕鯨；在全世界都在利用衛(wèi)星技術(shù)保護(hù)鯨的今天，**卻專門發(fā)射衛(wèi)星，利用衛(wèi)星技術(shù)方便自己捕鯨。這不僅是一種悲哀，更讓人不可思議。

　　所以我倡議保護(hù)鯨：

　　——人類的生存是建立在對廣大地區(qū)自然資源的保護(hù)及一系列海洋及沿海地區(qū)保護(hù)的基礎(chǔ)上的；

　　——以保持生態(tài)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的方式，發(fā)展重要的社交及經(jīng)濟(jì)活動，如捕魚、觀光；

　　——監(jiān)審、制定或更新保護(hù)鯨類的.法規(guī)；

　　——對非瀕危鯨類采取保護(hù)措施；

　　——實(shí)施保護(hù)哺乳動物、保護(hù)其棲息地及遷移海洋帶的措施，并且解決哺乳動物擱淺及受困問題。

　　——保護(hù)鯨類生存的環(huán)境，不去污染、不捕殺鯨類，救護(hù)處于危險中（比方擱淺）的鯨類，保護(hù)它們的食物，給它們留下一個安靜、**的生活、繁殖場所。

　　在人類這種集污染與獵殺這兩種**為一體的陣勢下，任何一種生命都變得那么的脆弱，那么的不堪一擊。一個生命走向**并不可怕，可怕的是一個種族一起**。讓我們從現(xiàn)在起保護(hù)好我的朋友鯨吧，如果，再不采取行動，那又會一個活生生的生靈**的，保護(hù)鯨是你我的職責(zé)！大家一起行動起來吧！��！
