各項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)備工作逐漸開始進(jìn)展,需各部門配合的具體情況如下:
1. 公共關(guān)系部:負(fù)責(zé)本次活動(dòng)的宣傳工作。在足球場(chǎng)、主干道懸掛橫幅進(jìn)行宣傳。
2. **信息中心:對(duì)本次活動(dòng)進(jìn)行圖文采集。
3. 各部門需自行準(zhǔn)備綁繩和基本用品(如創(chuàng)口貼和礦泉水)。
4. 各部門以自愿的形式選取20名參賽人員(10男10女),9月30日之前各部門負(fù)責(zé)人需把參賽名單交于辦公室負(fù)責(zé)人,并**隊(duì)員訓(xùn)練。
辦公室所需準(zhǔn)備的事項(xiàng):
1. 為求賽事的公*與公正,與軍事拓展訓(xùn)練營(yíng)或裁判協(xié)會(huì)進(jìn)行協(xié)商,
由其選派7名裁判員:裁判長(zhǎng)1名、巡場(chǎng)裁判2名、計(jì)時(shí)裁判3名、發(fā)令裁判1名。賽前對(duì)陽光伙伴的比賽規(guī)則進(jìn)行了解。賽場(chǎng)秩序維護(hù)人員10名,由辦公室成員組成。
2. 用硬紙做成數(shù)字牌(0—9的數(shù)字和小數(shù)點(diǎn)),A3的規(guī)格。選五名干事承擔(dān)最終成績(jī)舉牌公布的任務(wù)。
3. 與體育系聯(lián)系,借賽事所需的墊子和皮尺
4. 把各部門在賽場(chǎng)所站得位置劃分好,并告知跟部門**或**
5. 為裁判長(zhǎng)準(zhǔn)備一張桌子及椅子和抽簽所需的數(shù)字簽條。
比賽規(guī)則
1. 參賽人員肩并肩、腿綁腿(綁腿只允許綁在腳踝處)在一起跑完50米的團(tuán)體計(jì)時(shí)競(jìng)速比賽。全部隊(duì)員們各就各位后,裁判員吹哨宣布比賽開始,每隊(duì)最后一名隊(duì)員沖過終點(diǎn)標(biāo)志為本輪比賽結(jié)束,以最后一名隊(duì)員抵達(dá)50米終點(diǎn)線的時(shí)間作為比賽成績(jī)。
賽途中,隊(duì)員跌倒或綁腿帶脫落、斷裂,該隊(duì)全部隊(duì)員應(yīng)按照裁判員的指令,退回到跌倒或綁腿帶脫落、斷裂的地點(diǎn),重新開始比賽,直至最后一名隊(duì)員沖過終點(diǎn),獲得該隊(duì)比賽成績(jī),期間計(jì)時(shí)不中斷。
如果隊(duì)伍在某一跑的過程中,出現(xiàn)發(fā)令裁判尚未發(fā)令時(shí)即沖過起跑線,視為該隊(duì)這一跑的第一次“搶跑”。第一次“搶跑”出現(xiàn)后,由裁判員**該隊(duì)退回起跑線,準(zhǔn)備這一跑的第二次起跑。如果這一跑第二次起跑依然出現(xiàn)“搶跑”的情況,則裁定為該隊(duì)這一跑無成績(jī)。
2. 如中途有隊(duì)員受傷者可想裁判申請(qǐng)跟換隊(duì)友。

4、60米勇往直前:每名隊(duì)員從起跑線開始起跑,計(jì)時(shí)開始,跑到30米處撿起車輪胎然后用手推輪胎跑完剩余的30米,跑到終點(diǎn)后,人和輪胎要同時(shí)到達(dá)終點(diǎn),計(jì)時(shí)才能結(jié)束,用時(shí)少者獲勝。
