運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)分為上午和下午兩個(gè)時(shí)間段,上午是運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)的開(kāi)幕式,下午才是正規(guī)的比賽。開(kāi)幕式中有一年級(jí)同學(xué)表演的找朋友,三年級(jí)同學(xué)表演的跳繩舞,當(dāng)然,還有我們五年級(jí)同學(xué)表演的搏擊操。最后,在開(kāi)幕式四位微機(jī)老師的歌聲中結(jié)束。
下午,激動(dòng)人心的體育比賽終于要開(kāi)始了。我們五年級(jí)首先舉辦的是蜈蚣賽跑項(xiàng)目。項(xiàng)目的規(guī)則是每個(gè)班的男**學(xué)各10人,三個(gè)班分成兩次比賽。比賽的人需要全部蹲下,用手搭著前面一個(gè)人的肩上然后跑到指定的位置。按順序定名次。這可是我唯一報(bào)名的`一個(gè)項(xiàng)目。準(zhǔn)備比賽了,賽場(chǎng)周?chē)粐乃共煌,三個(gè)班的選手也都蹲下各就各位,豎起耳朵準(zhǔn)備聽(tīng)體育老師的一聲令下。我看了一下賽道,天!這么長(zhǎng)!足足有10米!心里不由得十分緊張,兩手也開(kāi)始有些冒冷汗。
“噓——”體育老師吹響了哨子,比賽開(kāi)始了。三條大蜈蚣在如雷貫耳的加油聲和“左,右,左,右……”的**聲中奮力地爬著。爬到一半時(shí),我漸漸體力不支了,汗珠已經(jīng)在我的頭上一滴滴的滴在地上。我又看了看周?chē)耐瑢W(xué),也都累的有些上氣不接下氣,不過(guò)都在極力堅(jiān)持著。而二班的大蜈蚣就是看準(zhǔn)了這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)先發(fā)制人,超過(guò)了我們班和三班的大蜈蚣,奪得桂冠。接下來(lái),三班的同學(xué)看見(jiàn)了二班得到了冠軍,很不服氣,更用力的爬著,一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)超過(guò)我們。我們也不想得第三,拼命地向前沖?僧吘贵w力有限,再加上*時(shí)就沒(méi)有花太多的時(shí)間練習(xí),所以又讓三班有機(jī)可乘,以一秒之差,博得了第二名。我們則是第三名。
接下來(lái)是女生蜈蚣比賽。三個(gè)隊(duì)的隊(duì)員表情嚴(yán)肅,手緊抓著前面的人的肩!皣u——”口哨聲又響了起來(lái)。只見(jiàn)我們班的女生已百米沖刺的速度一馬當(dāng)?shù)叵葥屧诹硗鈨蓷l蜈蚣的前面,漸漸拉開(kāi)了與另外兩隊(duì)的距離,最后相差了將近一米左右!我不禁屏住了呼吸,看著我班的女生蜈蚣離終點(diǎn)越來(lái)越近,越來(lái)越近。耶,到了終點(diǎn)!第一名!全班同學(xué)都高聲歡呼著。
比賽繼續(xù)進(jìn)行著,有滑板選手的精彩表現(xiàn),還有那扣人心弦的4乘以100米賽跑……
校園里回蕩著一陣陣高興的吶喊聲和響亮的助威聲,運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)在全校同學(xué)們那開(kāi)心的笑臉中圓滿的收?qǐng)隽恕?/p>

剛開(kāi)始我并不知道羽毛球是什么東西,對(duì)于它沒(méi)有一絲興趣,后來(lái)我卻變了。一次散步,我就看到鄰居家的孩子在樓下打羽毛球,羽毛球拍在他的手上一揮,就能讓羽毛球在空中跳舞似的飛過(guò)去。我發(fā)現(xiàn)那動(dòng)作特別瀟灑。于是,我決定試一試。

從那以后,一次又一次的練習(xí),我終于學(xué)會(huì)了,我高興極了。同時(shí)也懂得了只要不放棄就一定能做到。過(guò)了一段時(shí)間剛好學(xué)校**羽毛球比賽,我終于可以大顯身手了。比賽的時(shí)候我一直說(shuō):“堅(jiān)持!堅(jiān)持!”終于我贏了!我感激姐姐當(dāng)時(shí)對(duì)我說(shuō)的話,如果沒(méi)有她就沒(méi)有今天取得的成功。羽毛球這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)至今我還在練,因?yàn)橹挥形依^續(xù)練習(xí)才能取得更好的成績(jī)。

我們也站在凳子上手舞足蹈,不停地為他吶喊,助威:“加油!加油……”彭自強(qiáng)聽(tīng)見(jiàn)了我們的加油聲,跑得更快了,一舉超過(guò)了別人,就快到終點(diǎn)了,彭自強(qiáng)越戰(zhàn)越勇,用盡全力向終點(diǎn)沖去。我們的心都揪了起來(lái),大聲呼喊著:“彭自強(qiáng),加油!彭自強(qiáng),必勝!”終于,皇天不負(fù)有心人,彭自強(qiáng)獲得了第一。他也因?yàn)閯诶鄱璧乖诘厣,淚水噙滿了他的眼睛。我想,此時(shí)此刻,他流下的淚水是快樂(lè)的,幸福的。

我們班的鄢靜和王愛(ài)妹精神飽滿,神采奕奕,鎮(zhèn)定地站著。隨著裁判的一聲令下,鄢靜健步如飛地沖了出去,領(lǐng)先在前,王愛(ài)妹也不甘示弱,緊跟在后,但是好景不長(zhǎng),由于她們兩已經(jīng)筋疲力盡了,所以被別人甩在后面,盡管如此,她們不灰心,依然捂著肚子在跑,這種不精神感染了我們,我們都站在凳子上,異口同聲地喊著:“加油!加油!不可以放棄!”
她們聽(tīng)了,鼓起了勇氣,繼續(xù)向前沖去,盡管她們的臉漲得通紅,力氣也不如當(dāng)前了。但她們還是跑完了全程,雖然只得了四,五名,但她們已經(jīng)盡力了。
在這次運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)中,我們班雖然沒(méi)有得第一名,但我們也有所感悟,有所感動(dòng),所以我們感到滿足,感到快樂(lè)。

男子100米比賽在裁判員的一聲令下開(kāi)始了,六名男生“嗖”的一下沖出了起跑線 ,在本次比賽中,我們班的飛毛腿――葛家豪,賽出風(fēng)格,賽出自我。不到半程,他就直奔到了第一。突然“葛家豪加油!葛家豪加油!”在我旁邊的同學(xué)喊道。我也跟著他們一起喊:“葛家豪加油!葛家豪加油!”葛家豪聽(tīng)了,渾身來(lái)勁兒,用盡全力沖刺,后面選手奮起直追,但他們?cè)趺醋范紵o(wú)濟(jì)于事,終于,葛家豪越過(guò)了終點(diǎn),得了第一。同學(xué)們都?xì)g呼雀躍。

古希臘奧林匹亞山上刻著這樣一句格言:“如果你想變得睿智,跑步吧;如果你想健康,跑步吧;如果你想更加健美,跑步吧。”“生命在于運(yùn)動(dòng)”。沒(méi)有扎實(shí)的根基,萬(wàn)丈高樓無(wú)從崛起;沒(méi)有強(qiáng)健的體魄,*生之志只能成為海市蜃樓,可望而不可即。擁有一個(gè)健康強(qiáng)壯的體魄是每個(gè)人一生的追求。而在現(xiàn)實(shí)中擺在我們眼前的是并不樂(lè)觀的事實(shí)。大量**資料表明:由于長(zhǎng)期不規(guī)律的生活方式及體育鍛煉的缺乏,我國(guó)在學(xué)校大學(xué)生體質(zhì)已經(jīng)明顯下降,身體健康狀況有惡化趨勢(shì)。個(gè)別同學(xué)的身體狀況甚至已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響到了同學(xué)的正常生活與學(xué)習(xí)。
20xx年的*,為了進(jìn)一步提高廣大青年學(xué)生的健康和體質(zhì),國(guó)家教育部、國(guó)家體育總局、*聯(lián)合發(fā)出了“陽(yáng)光體育與祖國(guó)同行”的號(hào)召,在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)掀起陽(yáng)光體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的熱潮。同時(shí),為了響應(yīng)我校開(kāi)展的.各種體育活動(dòng)以及我院舉行的“陽(yáng)光體育風(fēng)采月”活動(dòng),我吉首大學(xué)國(guó)際交流學(xué)院團(tuán)總支學(xué)生會(huì)體育部向全院同學(xué)發(fā)出倡議:

健康是人生最大的財(cái)富,青少年的健康不僅是個(gè)人的最大財(cái)富,也是國(guó)家和民族的最大財(cái)富。**來(lái),隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,國(guó)民的整體素質(zhì)有了很大提高,但國(guó)民的健康素質(zhì)卻未同步提升,尤其是青少年的體質(zhì)健康狀況令人頗為擔(dān)憂。***、*曾就此召開(kāi)專(zhuān)題會(huì)議,并以***名義出臺(tái)了《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)青少年體育增強(qiáng)青少年體質(zhì)的意見(jiàn)》,要求各地采取,切實(shí)增強(qiáng)青少年體質(zhì)。教育部、國(guó)家體育總局、共青*在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)開(kāi)展億萬(wàn)學(xué)生陽(yáng)光體育運(yùn)動(dòng),這不僅是一項(xiàng)健康工程,更是一項(xiàng)希望工程和未來(lái)工程,我校于XX年12月召開(kāi)了學(xué)校體育工作會(huì)議,出臺(tái)了《陽(yáng)光體育運(yùn)動(dòng)》。為了貫徹上級(jí)及學(xué)校文件精神,在我校掀起轟轟烈烈的陽(yáng)光體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的熱潮,切實(shí)增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生身體素質(zhì),以健康的體魄迎接*******建國(guó)60周年,校體委、體育部特向全體同學(xué)發(fā)出如下倡議:

拱墅區(qū)大年初一“運(yùn)河健身走”活動(dòng),已成功舉辦了四年,成為拱墅區(qū)弘揚(yáng)運(yùn)河文化,打造“山水健身”品牌的金名片,是倡導(dǎo)科學(xué)健身新風(fēng)尚的保留節(jié)目。為認(rèn)真落實(shí)*頒布的全民健身?xiàng)l例,呼吁更多的人參與到健走活動(dòng)中,我們?cè)诖颂岢鋈缦鲁h:
每年大年初一定為拱墅區(qū)運(yùn)河健身走日,全區(qū)各街道、各部委辦局、各企事業(yè)單位**人員積極參加,用健走的方式喜迎新年的到來(lái);
宣傳健身走、提倡健身走,盡量少開(kāi)車(chē)、多走路,倡導(dǎo)綠色低碳的生活方式;
提倡每周至少三天健身走,每次行走三公里以上,提高拱墅體育人口質(zhì)量。

每年大年初一定為拱墅區(qū)運(yùn)河健身走日,全區(qū)各街道、各部委辦局、各企事業(yè)單位**人員積極參加,用健走的方式喜迎新年的到來(lái);
宣傳健身走、提倡健身走,盡量少開(kāi)車(chē)、多走路,倡導(dǎo)綠色低碳的生活方式;
提倡每周至少三天健身走,每次行走三公里以上,提高拱墅體育人口質(zhì)量。

射箭場(chǎng)所非常的空曠,箭靶子的距離比公園的射擊距離遠(yuǎn)多了。教練讓我拿起一只弓,遞給我一支箭;讓我將箭尾卡在弓弦的凹槽上;右手再將箭頭放在弓把手的架子上;左手握緊弓把手;身子要側(cè)著站;右手將弓弦?jiàn)A于三指之間,不要碰到箭尾;弓弦拉到下巴上;胳膊要抬高;瞄準(zhǔn)后再放手。手一定要穩(wěn)住,不要抖。
剛開(kāi)始我覺(jué)得這個(gè)弓箭非常的沉重,拉緊弓弦的時(shí)候更是不容易。所以我的手很容易不自主的抖動(dòng),只能射到箭靶子的邊上。后來(lái)在多次的練習(xí)之后,我就能射到箭靶子上黃色的中心部分啦!好開(kāi)心!
射箭可真不是件容易的事兒,我的兩只手不一會(huì)兒就開(kāi)始酸了。而且拉弓多的.右手會(huì)非常的疼,所以教練給我找了一個(gè)三指手套戴上,繼續(xù)練習(xí)。
最后我統(tǒng)計(jì)了一下,我射在箭靶子上各個(gè)箭的位置。一共有三支箭射在了黃色的中心部位;四支箭射在了黃色的外圈藍(lán)色部位;有六支箭射在了箭靶子上的最外圈***部位;還有很多支箭射在了箭靶子的邊上和地上。教練說(shuō)我學(xué)的很快,第一次的戰(zhàn)績(jī)還不錯(cuò)。
教練說(shuō)我學(xué)習(xí)場(chǎng)所是初級(jí)教室,如果把所有的箭全射完,并且每支箭全射在了箭靶子上黃色的中心位置,就可以升級(jí)到高級(jí)場(chǎng)所學(xué)習(xí)。我看到高級(jí)場(chǎng)所,有兩個(gè)小哥哥在射箭,他們拿的是沒(méi)有瞄準(zhǔn)器的鍵,只是一根竹子做的弓箭,而且站得非常遠(yuǎn),比我站的遠(yuǎn)多了,但是他們射的還是很準(zhǔn)。
還有一個(gè)場(chǎng)所是百發(fā)百中中心,在高級(jí)場(chǎng)所練習(xí)好的話就可以升級(jí)到超級(jí)場(chǎng)所。超級(jí)場(chǎng)所更寬廣,是專(zhuān)業(yè)射箭運(yùn)動(dòng)員在那里練習(xí)。我很好奇,還專(zhuān)門(mén)跑過(guò)去去觀摩,那里只有一個(gè)小哥哥在練習(xí)射箭。教練說(shuō)他距離箭靶子有五十米遠(yuǎn),那么遠(yuǎn),他仍然也能射到中心,我真佩服他。

當(dāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行曲響起,當(dāng)廣播中聽(tīng)到“請(qǐng)三到六年級(jí)的同學(xué)馬上整隊(duì)進(jìn)行方陣跑步”時(shí),同學(xué)們個(gè)個(gè)都表現(xiàn)地十分消極,裝病的裝病;不理睬的不理睬;愁眉苦臉的愁眉苦臉。個(gè)個(gè)都像是一只病貓。每天都要跑步,這么累,這么辛苦……惹得我們都怒氣沖沖,火冒三丈。要是上午下雨,但天公不作美——雨過(guò)天晴,地上的雨珠被太陽(yáng)公公炙熱的身體給燙的蒸發(fā)掉了。這更火,本來(lái)可以不跑步的,現(xiàn)在又要~!說(shuō)了我就氣!

8:00左右,運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)開(kāi)始了。第一項(xiàng)是檢閱。你看,各個(gè)單位的人們正邁著整齊的步子向*臺(tái)走來(lái)。其中,我最喜歡的就是夕陽(yáng)紅了。因?yàn)橄﹃?yáng)紅里有72變的孫悟空,扛著耙子的豬八戒,挎著行李的沙僧和念經(jīng)的唐僧,這些都很滑稽。

比賽開(kāi)始,我急急忙忙的'去搶球,結(jié)果他早已拿到球了。當(dāng)我跑回球門(mén)時(shí),他直接一個(gè)飛踢將球踢出了我的球門(mén)里,我們零比一落后。第二場(chǎng)我思考了一下,不能像上場(chǎng)那樣,要全神貫注,不能有一絲代謝。這時(shí)他一個(gè)飛踢把球踢了過(guò)來(lái),這時(shí)我縱生一躍接住了這個(gè)球,然后是我反擊的時(shí)候了。我不慌不忙地來(lái)到他的球門(mén)前,用力一致球進(jìn)了!我成功了,我們一比一打*比。第三場(chǎng),他竟然在我的防守下用了頭球,使球進(jìn)了門(mén)。
雖然我們這次1:2輸了,但是只要我繼續(xù)努力就一定會(huì)贏的。
