二、英文簡(jiǎn)歷的格式
英文簡(jiǎn)歷的格式結(jié)構(gòu)一般包括頁(yè)眉部分、教育背景、工作經(jīng)歷和個(gè)人資料四部分。如果已經(jīng)有全職工作了,一定把工作經(jīng)歷放在第二;如果您目前還是在校學(xué)生,應(yīng)該把教育背景放在第二。
1、英文簡(jiǎn)歷頁(yè)眉部分
1)、求職人名字 對(duì)于求職人名字有很多種寫(xiě)法,不過(guò)采用國(guó)際通用的寫(xiě)法比較妥當(dāng),即“名在前姓在后”。譬如求職人的名字為杜軍軍,用“Junjun DU”就比用“Du Junjun”要好,這樣也很方便招聘人員,尤其是人事部經(jīng)理為*人。另外,在*時(shí)中發(fā)現(xiàn)有少部分人國(guó)人采用外國(guó)人的姓,如Mary Smith,本人覺(jué)得非常不可取的。因?yàn)槿绻阌猛鈬?guó)人的姓,別人會(huì)認(rèn)為你是外國(guó)人,或者你父親是外國(guó)人,或者你嫁給了外國(guó)人。
2)、英文簡(jiǎn)歷地址 很多人覺(jué)得寫(xiě)地址時(shí)在“**”再寫(xiě)“*”顯得多余,他們認(rèn)為“誰(shuí)不知道**是*的呀!”但一個(gè)完整的地址、全球暢通的郵址應(yīng)該是加國(guó)名的,但“*”英文最好別用“PRC”,因?yàn)橛谩癈hina”簡(jiǎn)單清楚。另外,郵編的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)寫(xiě)法應(yīng)該是放在省名與國(guó)名之間,即放在“China”之前。
3)、電話 寫(xiě)法很有講究,*人名片中的電話經(jīng)常寫(xiě)得不清楚、不專業(yè),有以下五點(diǎn)提醒大家注意。
A、電話號(hào)碼前一定要加地區(qū)號(hào),如(86-10)。因?yàn)槟窃谙蛲鈬?guó)公司求職,您的簡(jiǎn)歷很可能被傳真到倫敦、紐約,大家不知道您的地區(qū)號(hào),也沒(méi)有時(shí)間去查,如果另一位求職者的電話有地區(qū)號(hào),招聘者很可能先和這個(gè)人溝通。
B、8個(gè)號(hào)碼之間最好加一個(gè)“-”,如6505-2266,便于撥號(hào)。
C、區(qū)號(hào)后的括號(hào)和號(hào)碼間加空格,如(86-10) 6505-2266。這是英文寫(xiě)作格式的規(guī)定,很多人忽略了,甚至不知道。
D、寫(xiě)手機(jī)或者向別人**手機(jī)時(shí),也有一定的規(guī)范,要用“3-4-4原則”,如“139-1735-1833”。
E、傳真號(hào)千萬(wàn)不要留辦公室的,免得辦公室的同事都知道你想跳槽,最好留家里的傳真號(hào)。
2、教育背景
1)、時(shí)間要倒序,最近的**情況要放在最前面。
2)、學(xué)校名要大寫(xiě)并加粗,這樣便于招聘者迅速識(shí)別您的**。
3)、地名右對(duì)齊,全部大寫(xiě)并加粗。
4)、關(guān)于**。如果正在學(xué)習(xí),用Candidate for開(kāi)頭比較嚴(yán)謹(jǐn);如果已經(jīng)畢業(yè),可以把**名稱放在最前。
5)、社會(huì)工作擔(dān)任班**,只寫(xiě)職務(wù)就可以了,不必寫(xiě)年月和工作詳情。
6)、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。 一般用一句話概括。如果有多個(gè),也爭(zhēng)取用一句話概括。但如果是學(xué)生簡(jiǎn)歷,則可以多寫(xiě)一點(diǎn)。

1.中式。
如果中英文簡(jiǎn)歷一起遞交,建議中文不寫(xiě)**面貌,因?yàn)槿绻ネ馄蠊ぷ,背景中?*色彩越少越好,起碼沒(méi)必要讓老外知道。
性格是一個(gè)主觀的東西,有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的招聘人員從來(lái)不相信任何人自己寫(xiě)的性格,因?yàn)樗皇且粋(gè)硬性的東西,不象**、技能。有些人如果認(rèn)為要招聘一個(gè)比較活躍一點(diǎn)的,便會(huì)在簡(jiǎn)歷中寫(xiě)性格開(kāi)朗,有的是**信自己性格開(kāi)朗,有的是覺(jué)得寫(xiě)上開(kāi)朗更好,其實(shí)沒(méi)必要。

2.港式。

二、要領(lǐng)
1.招聘人員怎樣鑒別簡(jiǎn)歷?
寫(xiě)得好,當(dāng)然要保留,如果其背景又是公司急需的,可能馬上就要見(jiàn);寫(xiě)得不好的,就會(huì)丟掉,實(shí)際上,連看都不看。任何一個(gè)知名的大公司,每天都有成百上千人遞簡(jiǎn)歷,如果寫(xiě)得太差,根本就不值得保留。因?yàn)檫@些公司認(rèn)為,一個(gè)人連自己的簡(jiǎn)歷都寫(xiě)不好,將來(lái)進(jìn)了公司,對(duì)外行文質(zhì)量不夠;**說(shuō)件事情也說(shuō)不清楚,公司肯定不要這樣的人。大家經(jīng)常說(shuō)大公司的人訓(xùn)練有素,實(shí)際上這也是其中一方面。即使不進(jìn)大公司,簡(jiǎn)歷寫(xiě)得不好,也會(huì)顯得不懂基本格式,沒(méi)有智慧。

1、中式簡(jiǎn)歷
中式簡(jiǎn)歷中,常常包括**面貌、性格及身高體重等信息。如果中英文簡(jiǎn)歷一起遞交,建議中文簡(jiǎn)歷中不寫(xiě)**面貌。因?yàn)槿绻ネ馄蠊ぷ,背景中?*色彩越少越好,起碼沒(méi)有必要讓老外知道。

**出版的簡(jiǎn)歷書(shū)寫(xiě)技巧書(shū)籍中都要求年齡、婚否、報(bào)紙的招聘廣告中還要求求職者寫(xiě)上工資現(xiàn)狀及預(yù)期工資,這些都屬于隱私問(wèn)題,美式簡(jiǎn)歷則不要求提供這些信息。
3、英式簡(jiǎn)歷
很接近港式,但個(gè)人資料沒(méi)有港式說(shuō)得那么多,篇幅長(zhǎng)但不詳細(xì),我們這里不做過(guò)多評(píng)論。

一般來(lái)說(shuō),投簡(jiǎn)歷有兩種情況:第一種不妨稱為間接法,是投給Agent,由Agent根據(jù)你的情況幫你確定投給哪一家公司,哪一個(gè)職位(Position);第二種就是直接法,直接投簡(jiǎn)歷去應(yīng)聘一個(gè)具體的職位。兩種方法并不排斥,可以同時(shí)使用;但這兩種方法各有利弊。
間接法的好處在于,Agent對(duì)工作市場(chǎng)非常清楚,能即時(shí)得到用工信息,有些公司的招聘工作甚至直接交給Agent去做。Agent會(huì)替你量體裁衣,幫你物色一個(gè)職位;也能幫你開(kāi)出一個(gè)合理甚至有些偏高的薪金,因?yàn)锳gent的傭金是由你的工資決定的。
使用這種方法需要注意的問(wèn)題是,要確保簡(jiǎn)歷內(nèi)容的一致性。試想一下,用人單位同時(shí)接到來(lái)自兩個(gè)Agent的、你的、內(nèi)容不一致的簡(jiǎn)歷時(shí),你會(huì)得到面試嗎?當(dāng)兩個(gè)Agent同時(shí)推薦你到同一家公司時(shí),要慎重考慮,只與一個(gè)Agent簽約,避免發(fā)生不必要的麻煩。間接方法投簡(jiǎn)歷的關(guān)鍵在于,選擇一個(gè)得力的Agent!
直接投簡(jiǎn)歷去應(yīng)聘一個(gè)具體的職位,最大的好處是:你能根據(jù)這個(gè)職位的描述(Position Description)有針對(duì)性地去寫(xiě)你的Cover letter和調(diào)整(不是篡改)你的Resume,從而提高得到面試的機(jī)會(huì)。想直接去應(yīng)聘一個(gè)職位,就需要你*時(shí)不斷收集、留意各種**(報(bào)紙、網(wǎng)絡(luò))的招聘信息。
