關于《把你的英語用起來》的讀后感

看完這本書之后，我發(fā)現(xiàn)我以前學英語的時候，陷入了很多誤區(qū)。比如關注的永遠是今天自己記了多少個單詞，而沒有結合一些語境或者是句型去理解，這樣就造成很多時候一個單詞只知道一種意思；還有聽英語的時候只聽標準的英式英語和美式英語，而沒有想到與生活結合，就像老外關心一個人，只會用簡單的一個單詞“stomachache?”而很少問“Do you have stomachache?”一樣。接下來我說一下我很認同的一些理論：

1. input輸入假說：英語學習的好壞在于“輸入量”的多少，而不是像以前高中的英語老師所講的“練習量”決定英語成績的.高低。當然這并不是否認英語不需要聯(lián)系，我們只是需要在“輸入量”上加強“練習量”。所以我們經(jīng)常會發(fā)現(xiàn)真正英語好的往往不是那些可以很流利地與老外對話的人，而是那些聽力與閱讀量多的人。

2. i+1理論：i指的是現(xiàn)有的英語水平，1指的是比你現(xiàn)在高一點的難度，當然，i不是永遠不變，i是學習了英語一段時間后以前i+1的水平，這樣我們才能時刻的提高自己的水平。

3. 情緒機制：我在以前學習英語時，常常發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的情緒和身邊的環(huán)境往往能夠影響自己學習英語的效率，所以我很贊同的是學習英語一定要學一些自己感興趣的東西，而且學習英語的氛圍應該是有趣愉悅的。當然最重要的是使自己的心態(tài)處于一個比較平衡的狀態(tài)，不驕不躁。

英語考試是個水平考試：當英語達到某個水平后基本上考試分數(shù)就在此基礎左右輕微擺動，不會相差太遠�？佳袘�達到什么水平呢？詞匯和語法應與六級差不多，而閱讀比六級還高一個層次。

合理安排學習重點

考研越來越注重能力的考核，閱讀與寫作是考研英語的重點，許多同學還有我，常常把過多的注意力放在語法和詞匯方面，雖然這是學習英語的基礎，但是英語是個實踐性很強的科目，語法，詞匯即使背得爛熟，閱讀與寫作也不一定會怎樣。但反過來，閱讀和寫作能力的提高卻預示著你語法和詞匯部分的掌握程度的提高，因為在你閱讀文章與寫作練習過程中，會檢測到你的詞匯或語法的不足，使你不斷地調整，在不自覺的過程中促使你提高自身的語法與詞匯水平。

詞匯是基礎，閱讀是核心

考研五篇閱讀文章共有2500詞左右，一個鐘頭之內不光得作完，還必須保持較高的命中率，這在現(xiàn)在文章越來越生澀的情況下真的很困難。閱讀有40分，英譯中（實際也是考閱讀）15分，因此閱讀的重要性可想而知。這里的55分若能拿到40分，及格就是很容易的事情了。可要做到這一點真不容易，下面我就說說具體復習方法。詞匯的基礎地位已不需我再羅嗦了，我只是覺得：若大綱中的5300詞還沒達到爛熟的話，英語的復習絕對是痛苦且漫長的。這種爛熟的程度應做到看到這5300個詞時就象看高中單詞一樣熟悉。詞匯書也不用別的，就用教委的大綱好了，單詞無疑越多越好，可咱只是考研的，這5300差不多也夠了�？荚嚂r肯定還會碰到生詞，但不會是主打詞，能猜就猜罷。

重視背單詞

背單詞，當然枯燥，但是，它卻是學好英語的重中之重，就如同建房必有磚一樣。不少同學不看重單詞，一味的練習讀寫能力，遇到生單詞就去查字典或手冊，最后因此浪費了許多時間，落得事倍功半，進步緩慢。我們都有體會，單詞背會了，英語學起來輕輕松松。就是這個道理，熟悉了單詞才會有提高理解原文含意的機會或可能，才會有寫作能力的真正提高。作點補充，不同階段的閱讀或寫作需要不同的詞匯量，這某一階段的詞匯一定要超前于閱讀或寫作的進行！

再說說閱讀的問題

考研時閱讀文章的難度絕對出乎意料，再加上時間的緊張，如果閱讀不好的立馬就暈。要想考試時發(fā)揮出水平來那么平時的多練決不可少。這種多練應該是系統(tǒng)的練過150篇文章以上。我認識一哥們，考前僅做過不到20篇，這次果然暈菜。而我認識的另一哥們兒做過不下200篇，99年英語考了70多。平時練習一定要全真模擬，就是說要嚴格限時——一個鐘頭內必須作完5篇文章，自己掐表。同志們啊，這可是建立在血的教訓上的金玉良言�。∥恼码y度的選擇可先易后難，基礎不好的話可選那些有詳細解答的參考書，但文章一定要夠長，長度標準可參考歷年考研試題。歷年考題可是最好的試金石，完全可自測一下，考研分數(shù)和它就差不多。如果自測分數(shù)不好，也別太放在心上，畢竟知道了自己的弱點還可補救，這才是最重要的目地。

不要一下就閱讀外文報刊，書報小說

書報小說，常是綜合類的文章，文章難易程度不一，而且差別較大，沒有足夠的詞匯量，有許多文章是不可能讀懂的，如果硬著頭皮讀下去，雖然可能閱讀能力會有質的進步，但真正耗費的精力會很多，而且由于遇到的困難較大，很有可能因此失去信心，建議隨著自己詞匯量的增加來分級閱讀相應的文章，這樣會增強信心，提高理解能力。另外盡量不要閱讀生詞量較大的文章，否則在閱讀這些文章時必然常被這些生詞阻斷思路，造成理解困難或失誤。

語法

我沒太說是因為加上改錯也才10分且考得極其刁鉆古怪，平常復習時將參考書上語法，改錯復習一下即可，千萬別花太多時間�？荚嚨臅r間肯定非常緊張，所以平時復習就應加強時間方面的訓練，否則考試時會手忙腳亂而大失水準的。

這次參加全國等級英語考試能夠取得比較好的成績主要歸結于任何一門學科都有一個科學的學習方法。我總結了一下，主要有這么幾點：

一、說不好英語是因為耳朵沒有“打通”，英語是高頻率語言而我們的母語是低頻率語言，日語頻率比中文還低，所以總體來說，說英語日本人最次，中國人次之。

二、每天練習不要只是默默的練習聽，而是要以單純的心靈，專心跟讀模仿、背誦！跟著課件認真模仿，力求一致，反復跟讀、對比、背誦，發(fā)言會不知不覺和外國人一樣的。多讀多聽多模仿、多背誦，只要三個月就能夠形成新的聽覺，也就能打開耳朵，輕松的聽懂了。

三、學習語言，就要正確聽音：

2、通過體內震動音學習新語言：通過大聲跟讀模仿的方法，每天跟讀，大聲模仿，進行發(fā)聲訓練，一定要發(fā)出足夠大的聲音，同時可以捂起耳朵，這樣才能夠引起身體的連鎖同化反應。

四、聽和說的回路是完全不同的，說話回路只能通過說來強化，而聽的回路也只能通過聽來強化。不多聽就聽不懂，不多讀、模仿、背誦就說不出來。邊聽課件，邊按照英語的節(jié)奏和發(fā)音來大聲模仿跟讀對比。這樣就能夠抓住英語的節(jié)奏，提高語感。

五、學習英語要在腦子里大聲喊：“我要學”��！學習英語要用右腦來學習，通過大聲跟讀朗讀、模仿背誦就可以打開右腦，改善大腦的素質的。要讓整個身體都來記憶英語�？梢酝ㄟ^想象，讓整個身體感覺都沉浸在英語的環(huán)境中。

記住：學習英語最重要的一點是：跟讀模仿背誦要有強烈的學習欲望和單純的心靈。這是學外語的必要條件。

六、進入高效學習的想象學習方法：冥想、呼吸、想象。做法如下：

1、學習之前首先要閉上眼睛，平靜心情，然后深呼吸三次。開始用8秒緩緩吐氣，在吐氣的同時將心中的壓力不愉快也一起吐出去。

2、然后用8秒吸氣，這時邊吸氣邊放松，想象自己心情平靜，宇宙間清爽的能量充滿全身。

3、接下來的8秒屏住呼吸，想象自己的英語已經(jīng)說得很好，能夠自由地用英語交談了。通過想象學習法記憶力也會有所提高的。

七、英語學習的幾條原則：

1、下定決心：一定要在3個月內打開耳朵，在一年內學好英語。

2、多聽：要經(jīng)常沉靜在英語的聲音中。我的經(jīng)歷是3個月，在某一天突然發(fā)現(xiàn)自己能夠清楚地聽懂英語了。每天堅持�？梢允股�活的環(huán)境中時刻充滿英語音樂或對話等

3、想象：首先放松自己的身體和心靈，進行想象訓練。身心都已經(jīng)很放松時，頭腦會變得非常清晰，注意力集中，大腦就開始進入了適合學習的狀態(tài)了。這種放松的狀態(tài)學習效果就會大大提高。記憶力也會有很大提高的。

4、大聲跟讀模仿和背誦：每天堅持反復跟讀、模仿課件爭取背下來，反復和持續(xù)是打開耳朵的必要條件。每天的重復次數(shù)越多，耳朵打開的回路就越寬，聽的效果也就越好。英語的聲調、節(jié)奏和速度就會非常接近原聲。

大聲跟讀、模仿、背誦的效果如下：

1） 、每天出聲的跟讀模仿課件，英語的節(jié)奏就會逐漸滲入到你的身體深處。只有練習跟讀模仿才能夠掌握英語的節(jié)奏，聽和說才成為可能。

2） 、每天出聲跟讀模仿也是一種說的練習，它能夠培養(yǎng)出你的“英語腦”，使你能夠按照跟讀、模仿時的節(jié)奏和速度說出英語來。

3） 、不斷跟讀、模仿練習，你會在某個時刻發(fā)現(xiàn)自己突然耳朵通了��！

5、改善聽覺：一定要每天練習、跟讀、模仿、背誦，一天也不要漏掉！

6、快速看、聽、讀：每天堅持��！反復和持續(xù)，捂住耳朵練習發(fā)音，讓英語的節(jié)奏滲入身體里面。大聲跟讀模仿，你的發(fā)音會越來越好，越來越像老外的發(fā)音。每天堅持，以后你說英語的速度就是你朗讀、模仿的速度。只有專心跟讀模仿背誦才是掌握語言的最好方法，同時記憶力也會得到提高，學習會變的輕松、愉快��！

八、早上起床、睡覺前學習的東西最容易記住。塞上耳朵

九、韋博、華爾街和美國語伴三套課件結合學習可以依如下方法學習：

1）、選擇一套自己喜歡的課件為主（比如選擇以韋博或/和美國語伴為主,因為這兩套課件比較靈活,如果基礎差的，建議先以美國語伴為主。）；

2）、制定切實可行的學習計劃，貼在容易看到的地方，比如床頭、飯桌旁、電視機上、書桌前等，把時間擠出來學習英語。

2）、在家或路上，任何時候比如吃飯打掃衛(wèi)生做家務乘車等車等聽華爾街的課件主要是適應各個國家的口音。甚至睡覺夜里也可以放著聽

3）在家每天早晚抽出時間學習韋博的時間比如1個時間段或兩個時間段，在學習韋博感覺累或疲倦時，休息一下聽聽美國語伴的歌看看電影做做角色扮演對比糾正發(fā)音學習學習詞匯等

4）每天堅持，堅持，再堅持�。≈灰獔猿�3個月英語一定會有很大提高，以后學習就輕松了。

在假期里我有幸參加了英語教師培訓，這次英語培訓是文教體局組織的，請了省專家和石家莊市小學一線英語教師，邯鄲市教科所郭老師，我縣趙老師做有關講座，每場講座人員爆滿，聽者受益匪淺�？偨Y我的心得體會有三點：

一、理念先行

我因工作關系上學期剛接了一個班的英語，雖然多年沒有教英語，畢竟是小學三年級英語剛開設，難度還不大，一個學期下來還算可以。但聽了省專家報告，很快明白了自己的缺點，有關英語的教育理念跟不上。張老師說：如果你沒有英語的教育理念在引導你，即使你教會了學生知識，即使學生學得也不錯，但那是無效的，即使有效也是短暫的。我把英語的教育理念再與大家一起分享：

（一）面向全體學生，注重素質教育。

（二）整體設計目標，體現(xiàn)靈活開放。

（三）突出學生主體，尊重個體差異。

（五）注重過程評價，促進學生發(fā)展。

（六）開發(fā)課程資源，拓展學用渠道。

張老師對這些理念作了詳細講解，很受啟發(fā)，原來英語教學不單單是教會學生知識，還有很多。

二、學會總結

潘老師是石家莊市一名小學英語教師，有豐富得英語教學經(jīng)驗，她主要講了小學英語詞匯教學。其方法有：

（五）造句法。

（六）滲透語音學習法。

如果我在英語教學中學會了總結，學生們會學的很輕松很快樂，這不是真正的符合了英語的教學理念了嗎？

三、扎實教學

有句話說得好，要教給學生一杯水，自己必須有一桶水。聽老師們的講座，我深刻感到自己的知識嚴重匱乏，急需充電，只有自己的知識豐富了才能對自己的課堂把握好，才能對自己的學生說“ok”。

I was very favor of a section of music in its balls. It’s pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. Regarding to the characters, I liked Elizabeth, the he-ro-in-e,though I didn’t think she’s beautiful. But she’s smart.

However, I didn’t pay much attention to the plot. I thought it’s so long that it made me impatient and bored. By now, I haven’t read the whole story in English or its Chinese version, either. I owe it to my prejudice. In fact, I didn’t understand the story at that time. I didn’t know why it called Pride and Prejudice. Of course someone was pride, but I didn’t find where’ s the prejudice. I thought it’s normal, the way people treated each other in that. I considered prejudice would be very disgusting. But to the movie everthing was OK in my minds, except its length. Now, I think I have understood more about it.

再者，雅思注重更多的是表達和理解英語的能力，平時也要主要有意識的提高英語水平，如看原聲電影，原版圖書歌曲等，這樣日積月累，才能從量變到質變。

英語不算太好，除了口語能蒙騙一下別人。別的神馬spelling，writing最差了，詞匯量也小得可憐。

盲聽：

我從高一開始無意中在一個有短波功能的復讀機上收到了廣播，雖然信號很差很差，但是在十一點多的時候有一段時間特別清楚，然后我就聽那個電臺的節(jié)目，他們會講一些很小很短的故事，語速居然也不快，我能聽懂的部分大概也就30%左右，后來才知道，我聽到的是著名的.VOA里的special english廣播，專門給我們這些學習英語的人聽的，詞匯量在兩千多，語速也比正常的慢許多。雖然是盲聽，但是我的耳朵得到了極大的鍛煉，估計就這個原因，現(xiàn)在發(fā)音比較準一點。

背誦聽寫： 其實背誦文章是高中的時候英語老師強制要求的，現(xiàn)在想想遇到這樣一個老師是多么的幸福。從開始的很小的詞匯量開始，他就毅然丟棄了垃圾的課本，拿許多課外的文章讓我們閱讀，甚至每個星期都要背誦文章讓他檢查。在那個時段里，詞匯量的增長飛速……可惜后來上了大學我沒再堅持了。

閱讀：

如果閱讀的是專業(yè)文章，語法反而不是那么重要，因為語法很簡單而專業(yè)詞匯反復出現(xiàn)。其次是商業(yè)性文章，新聞等，會出現(xiàn)一些新的詞匯，而且更多的書面用語，這個需要用到的詞匯量就大了，但是也要堅持。最難的是詩歌散文什么的，非語言專業(yè)的還是放棄了。

我初中的時候買過一本全英文的書，《老人與�！纺莻�時候看，簡直就是折磨，通篇查字典，痛苦無比，看了幾頁之后放棄了。再后來看china daily，最喜歡看的就是讀者回信部分，通俗易懂有內容，不過對擴大詞匯沒什么幫助，只不過是不用抱字典看書感覺極好。最后是大學專業(yè)英語，看著那些化學氣象沉積之類的詞匯很乏味，不過意思倒是非常好理解的。

說：

這個對我來說是最開心最容易的部分。還有什么比簡單的動動嘴巴就能把事情完成更輕松的呢。很長時間里，我并不敢與人對話。我只是堅持在沒有英語課的時候也找東西來大聲朗讀，看到喜歡的電視對白的時候稍微模仿以便自己也能變得酷一點。我到英語角去過，然后被英語專業(yè)的同學告之我的發(fā)音不錯，于是信心大增。但是英語角真是雞肋。

我學的主要是美式發(fā)音，也就是在所有的單詞當中一旦出現(xiàn)了r這個字母就卷舌。有時候卷舌習慣了也會不小心把單詞念錯。上一家公司的老板是加拿大華裔，他說我發(fā)音不錯，但是給我糾正過兩個詞的發(fā)音，至今都讓人記憶深刻，raw 和 roll。

說最重要的東西，覺得是信心。如果能和外國人交流，能做到make myself understood，絕對能挺直腰板，提高音量大聲說下去。有一陣子打了很多的歐洲國家電話，感覺交流問題不大，然后在給美國那邊打的時候，極其痛苦，無數(shù)的自動選項之后才有人接電話，沒說個兩句，那邊就說i can't understand you， i have to cut，連續(xù)兩個電話出現(xiàn)這樣的問題之后，我瞬間崩潰，

突然抓狂了，難道我白學了這么久的英語，這么簡單的話他們居然聽不懂�。≈钡胶髞碛幸煌�電話，那邊的接線員告訴我the line is very bad，i can't understand you的時候，我這才瞬間恍然大悟，重拾信心。

寫：

語法學得很爛，文章寫得很爛。不過回email沒問題，基本工作中就夠用了。spelling糟糕得一塌糊涂，這個時候感謝office軟件吧……

總結做完了，以后就要做計劃了，路漫漫兮，吾將上下而求索。

提起筆，最先浮現(xiàn)在腦海的就是感謝：感謝學校領導把這次難得的學習機會給了我，感謝輕工職業(yè)技術學院給我們提供了如此良好的學習環(huán)境，其次要感謝遠道而來的北美老師，你們不遠萬里給我們帶來了新穎創(chuàng)造性的英語教學方法。再次要感謝我們一班的所有學員，你們的真誠，你們的努力，讓我度過了一個意義非凡的夏天。最后要感謝貴州省教育廳國際交流中心，是你們給我們提供了這樣的學習機會，讓我們的專業(yè)教學能夠得到發(fā)展訓練。

時間總是轉瞬即逝，轉眼四個星期的課程就已結束。報道的第一天，心里很疑惑，我來這里到底能夠學到什么？現(xiàn)在四個星期過去了，疑惑已然變成了滿滿的收獲。

首先，深深的被北美外教的工作態(tài)度所感動。

此次來的四個外教，除Melody以外，其余三個外教平均年紀都已超過六十。但是他們上課從來都是精神飽滿，面帶微笑。他們的每一堂課都是靈活多樣的，生動活潑。要把課堂氣氛調動成這樣，課下下的功夫可想而知。

其次，教學活動安排緊湊但卻放松。

一開始，想著培訓嘛，肯定就是聽聽報告講座。正真開始了，我們才體會到了此次培訓的與眾不同。外教把他們在美國的課堂，真實地重現(xiàn)在我們所有學員的面前，我們就是他們的學生，他們所用的方法就是他們在他們自己課堂上用的方法，而我們所參與的活動就是他們的學生所參與的活動。整個培訓過程就感覺自己是一個參與者。另外，我們早上是在學習知識，學習方法，而下午的活動就是讓我們在學員之間運用自己的所學到的方法，去實踐。這樣的安排，不會讓學員覺得枯燥乏味。還有一點，外教不僅教我們教學方法，還教我們外國文化。語言是文化的一個載體，想要學習好一門語言，那就必須了解該語言背后的文化。在這一點上，每天下午的文化介紹就顯得尤為重要。通過該活動，我們不僅學習美國的歌曲舞蹈，還對美國的重要節(jié)日有了更進一步的了解。同樣，我們中國學員也會把中國舞蹈和傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日介紹給外教，這使得兩種文化得到了更好的交流。另外，每天下午的一對一談話，我們可以把自己感興趣的話題和外教進行交談，這不僅使我們的口語得到了鍛煉，也使我們的眼界得已開闊。

再次，教學內容豐富多彩。

此次培訓，早上上課的內容是Bridges:Bring Teachers Together, 通過對該書的學習，我們不僅是語言能力，而且教師專業(yè)技能都得到了提高。因為書中有很多的教學方法是我們可以再自己的課堂教學中運用的。下午的教材為Teaching Resource Handbook1-2. 教學資源手冊一：北美文化，主要是介紹北美文化，教材內容翔實，寓教于樂，客觀生動，很好的幫助我們提高了教學能力和英語能力：而教學資源手冊二：課堂活動，向我們提供了66個簡單實用的英語教學活動。通過這些活動，學生可以在游戲中掌握新的語言知識，這樣他們的學習興趣就會大大提高，英語課堂也不會再枯燥乏味。還有，每天下午的一對一談話，我們可以把自己感興趣的話題和外教進行交談，這不僅使我們的口語得到了鍛煉，也使我們的眼界得已開闊。

第四，體會到了新的教學模式

我們傳統(tǒng)的教學模式就是學生固定呆在一個教室里面，每天每個科目的教師都是固定的。而北美教師的教學模式卻不是這樣的，他們的教學模式更傾向與走班制。比如，在我們學習北美文化的時候，我們每天都在不同的班級由不同的教室給我們講解不同的節(jié)日，這樣做，每個老師的備課內容就只有一個節(jié)日，備課量減少了，那他們有更多的時間把他們所備的這堂課備得更好，但是學生通過走班的形式，卻把所有的節(jié)日都了解了。這在中國的教學中特別是初中和高中教學中是沒有的，學生每天都呆在同意個教室，面對同一個老師，教師的工作量大不說，關鍵是學生沒有機會吸取各個老師的教學所長。

最后，我們從各個老師那學到了不同的教學方法。

通過此次培訓，來自全省各地州市八十個教師在一起分享了彼此的教學經(jīng)驗，大家把在教學中遇到的困惑拿出來一起談論，很多好的方法得到了分享，相信這對我以后的教學是有很大的幫組的。在最后一周，我們所有學員進行了一次期末匯報，那就是使用我們新學的互動教學方法為大家展示一堂10分鐘左右的英語課，講課的內容必須是我們中學英語教材的內容。剛開始學習的時候我對我所學的內容是持保留態(tài)度的，我覺得這些方法在國外適用，但是對于我們來說，我們的班額遠遠超過二十個人，想要把這些活動開展好幾乎是不可能的。但是在最后一周的微課教學環(huán)節(jié)，我看到了什么叫做把不可能變?yōu)榭赡�。我們來自全省各地的老師，把他們在課堂上學到的知識進行調整，讓西方的教學方法和中國的英語教學幾乎完美的融合在了一起。這些微課，包含了我們中國英語課堂的所有課型，聽說，閱讀，寫作，單詞教學等。通過這些課，我最大的感受就是，其實英語課堂可以有很多可能，學生可以在游戲中去學習，而且這種課堂更為高效。雖然這種課堂要求老師要在課前做大量的準備工作，但是在課上老師卻可以放手，把課堂歸還給學生，讓學生成為課堂教學正真的主人。而且他們會學得更輕松，學得更好，學的更快。

就像領隊Shirly在開班儀式上講的那樣，這是一次為期四周的旅行，在這四周時間里我們的所學所感就是這一路上我們所看到的風景。四周過去了，我們從起點走到了終點。但是我們即將開始另一段旅行--------把我們在這里所學到的一切更好的運用到我們的日常教學之中。

談到英語的學習，我也可謂感受頗深的。從恨“它”，到愛“它”，到?jīng)]“它”不行，我的英語學習可以說是一波三折。從最早作為藝術類院校學生的通病——恨英語入骨（曾經(jīng)三次參加四級考試均未通過）到棄之n年后又強迫自己狂啃英語，再到如今愛“它”愛到死去活來，視為掌上明珠。我對英語的感情經(jīng)歷了相當?shù)拇煺�，同時“我們的感情”也逐漸加深、與日俱增，到現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)進入了相當成熟的“蜜月期”�？偨Y起來，大概就是如下的一些肺腑之言，拿來與諸位share一下。

一、感情第一

in my opinion，要想學好英語或者說至少在學的過程中不感到痛苦，就必須學會將英語變成一種愛好，一種興趣，這樣在學習的過程中才不至于半途而廢、有始無終且學習時如座針氈、抓耳撓腮、味同嚼蠟、痛苦無比！我相信大多數(shù)的“非英語專業(yè)的、有遠大抱負的、酷愛本專業(yè)的莘莘學子”在最初面對英語時都會或多或少的有類似感受，萬事開頭難嘛。因此，如何克服這種感受，逐漸培養(yǎng)起自己對英語的熱愛是至關重要的！我們必須認識到進入21世紀，英語已經(jīng)成了必不可少的重要交流工具（其其他重要性就不螯述了）而且是你進一步深造所必不可少的橋梁，不管你是出國還是考研。所以我覺得你必須學會“愛”上“它”，才不至于受其折磨、蹂躪、踐踏而又毫無對策。記住學會“愛”上“它”也是保證你將來成功的第一步！

二、長期積累

“積累”可以說是任何學習所必需的，在英語學習中它顯得更為重要！for example：我將英語中的“單詞、語法、句子、結構、閱讀、寫作、聽力、口語”等等一切比喻成不同的層，你每學一些相關的東西就會在相應的層上加一些東西，而你學的越扎實，同樣層與層之間就砸的越扎實。這樣當你有著一日在使用的時候，儲存在層中的知識就會像水一樣被源源不斷的擠壓出來給你提供源源不竭的語言素材，你會感到好象有用不完的東西在不斷的向外涌出，這時我相信你的信心和成就感就會接踵而來了，而你的英語學習也漸入佳境了。

I read the book _The Secret Garden_ this summer. It is a magical book about the magic of nature and the beautiful soul of mankind.

再次，是閱讀理解。我覺得在所有英語題目中，這道大題最易得分。大家有的時候會進入這樣一個誤區(qū)：這文章都看不懂怎樣做題呀？其實，大家靜下心思考下，我們做題的目的從某種好處上來說是為了得分，而不是為了看懂文章的資料。有的時候，盡管文章看得不太懂，但照樣能夠做對題。難的、不熟悉的單詞和句子畢竟還是少數(shù)，有的旁邊還有漢語解釋，我在做閱讀理解時很少十分清楚地了解文章資料，所以，大家要把自我的心態(tài)調整好，做題的時候不妨采用“跳讀法”，遇到不理解的單詞和長難句能夠跳過去，或者到最后如果這些句子關系到做題，再回到去仔細分析它們，找出它們的主干結構，慢慢剖析。
