為了貫徹落實(shí)《基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革綱要》精神，激發(fā)廣大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣，提高他們語(yǔ)言實(shí)際運(yùn)用能力，我們著手建立英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)社團(tuán)。英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)是英語(yǔ)課堂活動(dòng)的補(bǔ)充和延伸，它著力于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)的興趣。它與課堂活動(dòng)相比更具靈活性、可塑性。我們本著自愿參加，并在此基礎(chǔ)上任課老師精心挑選的原則（每班限選2名學(xué)生）組建初一和初二英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)社團(tuán)。

一、活動(dòng)目的：

通過(guò)活動(dòng)，使學(xué)生的特長(zhǎng)得到更好的發(fā)展，進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)生語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)的準(zhǔn)確性，提高學(xué)生的口頭表達(dá)能力及表演能力，并隨時(shí)做好參與南通市及江蘇省英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)電視比賽的準(zhǔn)備。

二、活動(dòng)要求：

每個(gè)年級(jí)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)人數(shù)不宜過(guò)多，大約50名左右�；顒�(dòng)固定，每周一次，活動(dòng)制度化。遇到有特殊情況擇日進(jìn)行，不輕易暫停。參加成員堅(jiān)持自愿報(bào)名，精心制定活動(dòng)計(jì)劃，保證活動(dòng)的深度、廣度和密度。要求如下：

1、組織學(xué)生按時(shí)參加活動(dòng)；

2、每周二下午第四節(jié)課進(jìn)行社團(tuán)活動(dòng)，小組成員必須準(zhǔn)時(shí)到達(dá)指定教室；

3、小組成員應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵守紀(jì)律，不準(zhǔn)在教室大聲喧嘩，破壞、損壞教室的財(cái)產(chǎn)；

4、每次老師布置的口語(yǔ)練習(xí)，所有社團(tuán)成員都應(yīng)積極參與完成。

三、活動(dòng)目標(biāo)

1、開(kāi)展形式多樣的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)活動(dòng)，通過(guò)看圖回答問(wèn)題，看圖編對(duì)話(huà)，自命題演講，命題演講，小對(duì)話(huà)、小組合作秀等形式來(lái)調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生對(duì)口語(yǔ)練習(xí)的興趣；

2、讓小組學(xué)生利用課上和課余時(shí)間引領(lǐng)全班同學(xué)參與英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)訓(xùn)練，調(diào)動(dòng)所有學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的積極性。

3、通過(guò)本學(xué)期的活動(dòng)，使社團(tuán)所有成員能在一定情境中用英語(yǔ)自由表達(dá)自己的思想。

四、采取的措施

1、做好組織工作

在學(xué)生自愿報(bào)名參加的基礎(chǔ)上，各班要挑選有一定英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)、成績(jī)好的學(xué)生參加，每班限報(bào)2人。要選出有工作能力、成績(jī)也好的學(xué)生擔(dān)任組長(zhǎng)，以便開(kāi)展協(xié)進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)，增加每個(gè)成員的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)訓(xùn)練機(jī)會(huì)。

2、所有的培訓(xùn)教師都要認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，把它看成是學(xué)校英語(yǔ)活動(dòng)的重要組成部分，使社團(tuán)活動(dòng)開(kāi)展得生動(dòng)、活潑、豐富。

總之，開(kāi)展英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)，使之規(guī)范化、制度化、防止一陣風(fēng)、形式主義，真正使參與學(xué)生學(xué)有所得，我們每個(gè)老師都要付出很大的努力，勤于思考，大膽實(shí)踐，最大限度地調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性，將英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)開(kāi)展得豐富多彩、富有實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)的特色。

2、宣傳活動(dòng)：任課老師負(fù)責(zé)在本班召集團(tuán)員，原則上每班不超過(guò)五人。

3、活動(dòng)內(nèi)容：

第一期主題：以MySchool為主。(介紹自己的學(xué)校設(shè)施，問(wèn)路等對(duì)話(huà)形式，也可以畫(huà)出自己心目中的校園等)

第二期主題：制作手工表，并能用所學(xué)句型訓(xùn)練時(shí)間的問(wèn)法，并能向別人詢(xún)問(wèn)時(shí)間以及在某個(gè)時(shí)間該干什么，重點(diǎn)訓(xùn)練孩子動(dòng)手能力。

第三期主題：畫(huà)圖標(biāo)單詞，根據(jù)中央電視臺(tái)天氣預(yù)報(bào)圖標(biāo)，自己繪出天氣預(yù)報(bào)圖標(biāo)，并能在圖標(biāo)旁邊標(biāo)出英語(yǔ)單詞，重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)孩子的動(dòng)手和動(dòng)腦能力，并能聯(lián)系生活實(shí)際，把英語(yǔ)知識(shí)生活化。

第四期主題：英語(yǔ)單詞大比拼，本部分主題要求學(xué)生對(duì)日常常見(jiàn)的蔬菜和動(dòng)物進(jìn)行分類(lèi)匯總，也可以設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)過(guò)的內(nèi)容和生活中見(jiàn)到的此類(lèi)單詞，目的.是豐富孩子的詞匯量。

第五期主題：英語(yǔ)表達(dá)，此部分是理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際，讓孩子們用自己平時(shí)的著裝進(jìn)行表達(dá)，讓學(xué)生能在生活中學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)，讓英語(yǔ)來(lái)自生活再回到生活。

第六期主題：以《小紅帽》為本自編課本劇，讓學(xué)生把所學(xué)知識(shí)用表演的形式展示出來(lái)。

六、評(píng)價(jià)方式

教師綜合學(xué)生的表現(xiàn)給予學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，也可分一二三等獎(jiǎng)，一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)可以獲得物質(zhì)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。
