摘 要:加入WTO后,中國(guó)酒店業(yè)面臨國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)的.劇烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng).本文就中國(guó)酒店業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及其存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,并提出內(nèi)外結(jié)合、培養(yǎng)酒店管理人才、降低經(jīng)營(yíng)成本、增加新型營(yíng)銷方法、實(shí)現(xiàn)營(yíng)銷方式多元化、進(jìn)行酒店特色經(jīng)營(yíng)、改變固有思維模式、積極吸取外來(lái)先進(jìn)觀念、提高員工素質(zhì)、實(shí)行內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)與外出進(jìn)修相結(jié)合等戰(zhàn)略。

Research on Chinese Hotel Industry Development
Abstract:After joining WTO, Chinese hotel industry faced with domestic and foreign markets’ fierce competition. This article conducts the research on the Chinese hotel industry present situation and its the existence question and proposes the correlation countermeasures: integrating the internal and external, training the hotel managerial talent, reducing the cost of operation, increasing the new marketing method, realizating the market way, carrying on the hotel characteristic management, changing the inherent thought pattern, positively absorbing the external advanced idea, improving the staff quality, combinating internal training and education and so on.
