葉圣陶先生曾說過:講當(dāng)然是必要的.,問題可能在如何看待講和怎樣講?梢娊處煵⒉皇遣荒苤v,而是要“精要地講”。再說,只讓學(xué)生暢抒己見而沒有教師適當(dāng)?shù)闹v授和適時(shí)的點(diǎn)撥,學(xué)生的思維不可能深入;只讓學(xué)生想象體驗(yàn)而沒有教師開啟智慧的引導(dǎo),學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神很難得到培養(yǎng);只讓學(xué)生誦讀感悟而沒有教師的品詞析句,學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)勢(shì)必缺少深度和廣度。因此教師作為學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的**者、引導(dǎo)者、促進(jìn)者,必須從教育規(guī)律和學(xué)生實(shí)際出發(fā),精心設(shè)計(jì)好自己的“講解點(diǎn)”。那么,在何時(shí)精要地講呢?
1、自讀之前啟發(fā)講:即在學(xué)生自主閱讀之前,簡(jiǎn)明扼要地揭示閱讀要求和重點(diǎn)。
2、重點(diǎn)地方著重講:對(duì)材料中的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)和關(guān)鍵之處,在學(xué)生自讀、自悟的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)講解,該挖掘處必挖掘,該品味,該講深講透的地方必須講深講透。
3、疑難問題明確講:當(dāng)學(xué)生在材料理解上遇到疑難時(shí)教師要鮮明地講,從而為學(xué)生解難釋疑,讓學(xué)生正確理解、領(lǐng)悟材料內(nèi)容。
4、合作中提示講:當(dāng)學(xué)生在合作學(xué)習(xí)中不能抓住要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行有效合作時(shí),教師要進(jìn)行提示性講解,以使合作有效、深入。
5、總結(jié)時(shí)補(bǔ)充講:在總結(jié)一節(jié)課、一篇材料的閱讀情況時(shí),在學(xué)生概括、總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,教師要及時(shí)進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充,以進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行提煉和歸納,從而使總結(jié)更加完整、準(zhǔn)確。

一、勇創(chuàng)雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)特色,營(yíng)造英語(yǔ)氛圍。

。常膭(lì)同學(xué)通過參與體驗(yàn)、實(shí)踐、合作、探索等方式,發(fā)展聽、說、讀、寫的綜合能力和整體素質(zhì)。要求同學(xué)在學(xué)校見到老師、同學(xué),用英語(yǔ)打招呼;在英語(yǔ)課堂,盡可能用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行交流;在課外,也要鼓勵(lì)小朋友們盡可能使用英語(yǔ)。把英語(yǔ)教學(xué)融入日常生活中的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),讓學(xué)習(xí)成為生活的一局部,讓生活成為學(xué)習(xí)的`延續(xù)。
。矗答佇畔ⅰ⒓磿r(shí)鞏固。 英語(yǔ)的聽、說訓(xùn)練一定要做到反饋和時(shí)。在教學(xué)中,同學(xué)對(duì)剛學(xué)的內(nèi)容記憶猶新,印象深刻,但若不和時(shí)鞏固,不只會(huì)很快遺忘,而且會(huì)使同學(xué)在聽、說中的錯(cuò)誤與偏差得不到和時(shí)糾正,以至形成錯(cuò)誤的思維定勢(shì)和語(yǔ)言習(xí)慣。
二、 關(guān)注同學(xué)情感,發(fā)明寬松、**、**的教學(xué)氛圍。
。保鹬孛總(gè)同學(xué),鼓勵(lì)他們積極嘗試,和時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)他們的進(jìn)步并給予相應(yīng)的褒揚(yáng),維護(hù)他們的自尊心和積極性。

1.注重教師的客觀性評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)過程中的點(diǎn)滴進(jìn)步給予和時(shí)的肯定和激勵(lì)。
2.重視同學(xué)的主觀性評(píng)價(jià),讓同學(xué)通過分析,通過比較,認(rèn)識(shí)自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)和缺乏,明確努力的方向。
小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的目標(biāo)是要通過聽、說、讀、寫訓(xùn)練,協(xié)助同學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)如何正確使用英語(yǔ),并具備一定的英語(yǔ)口頭表達(dá)能力。這一主線貫穿整個(gè)教學(xué)的全過程。其中,聽、說訓(xùn)練尤為重要,訓(xùn)練的途徑也是多樣化的。兒童學(xué)習(xí)外語(yǔ)的方式、內(nèi)容與成年人應(yīng)該有所不同。他們喜歡玩,喜歡唱歌、畫畫,喜歡扮演和游戲;他們喜歡動(dòng)手操作,喜歡探究和想象。所以,英語(yǔ)教學(xué)必需根據(jù)同學(xué)的年齡階段和性格特征,因材施教,因人施教;并且在教學(xué)過程中要聯(lián)系實(shí)際,不時(shí)探索、不時(shí)實(shí)踐、不時(shí)反思,這樣才干在教育教學(xué)中不時(shí)進(jìn)步和完善。

語(yǔ)言來源于生活,而語(yǔ)言教學(xué)也應(yīng)該更加貼近生活。在課堂中要盡可能的為學(xué)生們創(chuàng)設(shè)防真的生活場(chǎng)景,讓他們身臨其境般的去體驗(yàn)情景中所使用的語(yǔ)言。師生攜手參與到創(chuàng)設(shè)語(yǔ)言環(huán)境的活動(dòng)中,讓來源于生活的語(yǔ)言,回歸到現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中去。
在創(chuàng)設(shè)語(yǔ)言環(huán)境過程中,我們可以使用圖片、照片、繪畫、實(shí)物、語(yǔ)言、角色扮演及動(dòng)態(tài)的視頻材料等教具來操作。例如在講“Family”這一課時(shí),讓學(xué)生們帶來自己和家人的照片來練習(xí)句型“Who is he/she?”。教師也準(zhǔn)備一些學(xué)生們所熟悉的老師和學(xué)校**的,歌星、影星、體育明星的,***的照片。層層遞進(jìn)的幫助學(xué)生們熟練掌握所學(xué)的句型,而這些人物大都生活在我們的周圍,我們幾乎每天要接觸到他們。他們的照片賦予了教學(xué)的真實(shí)性。再如“Make a telephone call。”這一課,在學(xué)生們掌握了句型的情況下,教師可以拿出移動(dòng)電話并打給一個(gè)朋友,向?qū)W生們展示如何用英語(yǔ)交談。隨后讓他們親自嘗試和一位懂英語(yǔ)的人通話,檢測(cè)一下剛剛學(xué)過的知識(shí)是否有用。體驗(yàn)過后學(xué)生們會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)書本上的知識(shí)是和__常生活緊密地聯(lián)系在一起的。
在英語(yǔ)課上,教師經(jīng)常會(huì)使用游戲和比賽等教學(xué)**來調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生們的積極性,起到活躍課堂氣氛,寓教于樂的作用。這些活動(dòng)如果設(shè)計(jì)得貼近現(xiàn)實(shí)生活,就會(huì)收到意想不到的效果。在**比賽的時(shí)候,為了鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生們踴躍發(fā)言,我會(huì)設(shè)計(jì)這樣的場(chǎng)景:A、B、C三個(gè)小組的同學(xué)去桂山島上秋游,他們發(fā)現(xiàn)了一座小山,于是他們決定舉行爬山比賽看誰(shuí)最先到達(dá)山頂。我在黑板上畫一座小山,用三種不同顏色磁鐵來**三個(gè)組,學(xué)生們開始說單詞和回答問題,表現(xiàn)好的小組會(huì)向山頂前進(jìn)。直至所有的隊(duì)伍到達(dá)山頂后,我會(huì)說:“因?yàn)橛幸晃粵]有公德心的叔叔在山下扔了一個(gè)煙頭,點(diǎn)燃了干草結(jié)果引起了山火,F(xiàn)在火勢(shì)兇猛,已經(jīng)無法下山了。老師馬上去開直升飛機(jī),用云梯把你們救上來,但是只有舉手回答問題的小組才會(huì)得救。爬上飛機(jī)之后我說燃料用光了需要跳傘,落到大海里又有鯊魚在后面追趕,上岸后發(fā)現(xiàn)沒錢搭車回家要向老師借錢。讓學(xué)生們成為故事的主人公,利用自己的英語(yǔ)知識(shí)渡過千難萬險(xiǎn)最后到達(dá)成功的彼岸。

作為一個(gè)小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師,尤其是低年級(jí)英語(yǔ)教師,倘若僅滿足于對(duì)單詞、句型的概念化的解釋和程序化的分析,而不求助于情景的感染和形象的描述,就會(huì)使課堂語(yǔ)言*淡、氣氛沉悶,學(xué)生不能全身心地投入英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中。那么,學(xué)生原有的興趣和想學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的良好愿望就會(huì)很快喪失殆盡。所以我們應(yīng)該多多吸收直接教學(xué)法的長(zhǎng)處,重視情景教學(xué)。
孩子年齡小,缺乏知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn),抽象思維不夠發(fā)達(dá),形象思維占優(yōu)勢(shì),具體的、直觀的形象最能引起學(xué)生的注意。在教學(xué)時(shí),我通常采用的直觀情景有實(shí)物、圖片、頭飾、玩具、簡(jiǎn)筆畫。如在教學(xué)習(xí)用品pen、pencil、book、ruler等單詞時(shí),直觀的實(shí)物出示尤為重要,只有通過直觀的演示與比較,學(xué)生才會(huì)迅速領(lǐng)會(huì)掌握;如教水果類單詞apple、pear、banana、melon等時(shí),利用實(shí)物進(jìn)行教學(xué);如在教動(dòng)詞sing、dance、draw、write等時(shí),利用簡(jiǎn)筆畫進(jìn)行教學(xué),學(xué)生往往會(huì)產(chǎn)生一種新鮮感,***馬上被吸引,有關(guān)的英文單詞幾分鐘內(nèi)就能說出。這樣排除了母語(yǔ)作為中介,從而促進(jìn)學(xué)生逐步利用母語(yǔ)的心譯過程。
同時(shí),教師正確的身勢(shì)語(yǔ)也是重要一環(huán)。教師的一舉手一投足都是一個(gè)個(gè)實(shí)實(shí)在在的直觀情景,伴隨著老師講話而產(chǎn)生的語(yǔ)氣、姿勢(shì)、表情,有著強(qiáng)烈的解釋性和提示性,它不僅有助于老師更準(zhǔn)確更生動(dòng)地表達(dá)自己的思想和觀點(diǎn),也是排除母語(yǔ)為中介,把事物與英語(yǔ)直接連接的有效**。如在進(jìn)行猜謎游戲時(shí),請(qǐng)小朋友們自己設(shè)計(jì)肢體語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行表演,然后請(qǐng)另外的小朋友們通過肢體語(yǔ)言猜出是何物。從中,小朋友不僅培養(yǎng)了表演的才能,更提高了他們學(xué)習(xí)的積極性。
要使學(xué)生具有創(chuàng)新意識(shí),教師必須要有創(chuàng)新精神,敢于對(duì)教材進(jìn)行新的探索與研究,而不要教材的**,照本宣科。如把兒歌引入課堂,在教學(xué)數(shù)字時(shí),請(qǐng)小朋友自己編數(shù)字兒歌,于是就有了One,two,three, I can read;Four,five,six, I can write; Seven,eight,nine, I can jump; Ten,leven,twelve, I can draw。這樣一來,班里的“英語(yǔ)小博士”越來越多,學(xué)習(xí)興趣**增強(qiáng)。又如,本堂課中的兒歌,在鞏固新知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上又進(jìn)行了拓展,使學(xué)生通過兒歌了解“What have you got?”and “What have I got ?”兩句話的意思,在不忘根本的基礎(chǔ)上又了創(chuàng)新。
要使學(xué)生“吃得好,吃得飽”,“巧設(shè)情景、以動(dòng)激趣,力求創(chuàng)新”的教學(xué)思想應(yīng)貫徹始終。在短短的幾個(gè)月的教學(xué)中,我學(xué)到了許多寶貴的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),從中獲益匪淺。

在今天的在教學(xué)中,大部分學(xué)生都很疲憊,似乎沒什么精神,因而我心里清楚的知道,今天的教學(xué)任務(wù)應(yīng)該有所減少,所以剛開始的時(shí)候我就先讓學(xué)生唱歌玩玩游戲,當(dāng)然這些游戲都附帶這單詞和句子,讓孩子們?cè)诳鞓分胁挥勺灾鞯膹?fù)習(xí)學(xué)過的內(nèi)容,游戲也迎合小學(xué)生愛玩的天性,寓教于樂;當(dāng)然之后的課堂教學(xué)我主要以動(dòng)為主……

隨著有效教觀念在教學(xué)上的不斷深入,作為從事英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的我逐漸發(fā)現(xiàn)教學(xué)中的一些問題。比如,有的學(xué)生跟不上英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的進(jìn)度,學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)非常吃力,單詞記不;一部分學(xué)生甚至喪失了進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣,根本不聽課;而教師也感到很困惑:教師教得這么累,學(xué)生學(xué)得這么苦,為什么效果卻不盡如人意呢?究竟我離有效教學(xué)有多遠(yuǎn)呢?針對(duì)上述種。種現(xiàn)狀,探求英語(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)效率,提高英語(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)的有效性,就顯得非常迫切。
新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指出,初中英語(yǔ)課程應(yīng)把是否提高了學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí)和興趣,是否增強(qiáng)了學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力,以及學(xué)生是否養(yǎng)成了英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的好習(xí)慣等作為評(píng)價(jià)教學(xué)有效依據(jù)。其中,有效學(xué)習(xí)包括以下四大基本要素:
1、經(jīng)驗(yàn)――有效學(xué)習(xí)要建立在學(xué)生已有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上;
2、思考――有效學(xué)習(xí)要激勵(lì)學(xué)生勤于思考;
3、活動(dòng)――以學(xué)生為主體的活動(dòng)是有效學(xué)習(xí)的基本形式;
4、再創(chuàng)造――有效學(xué)習(xí)是經(jīng)歷再創(chuàng)造的過程。
那么,反應(yīng)在課堂教學(xué)上我們應(yīng)如何促進(jìn)學(xué)生的有效學(xué)習(xí)呢?
一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)有效
教學(xué)目標(biāo)是課堂教學(xué)的靈魂,也是每堂課的方向、出發(fā)點(diǎn)和歸宿,是教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)的直接參考依據(jù)。傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)注重教學(xué)目標(biāo)達(dá)成情況的評(píng)價(jià),注重教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),但很少關(guān)注目標(biāo)的有效性,即目標(biāo)本身是否合理和正確。隨著新一輪基礎(chǔ)教育課程**的啟動(dòng),有效教學(xué)的理念越來越廣泛地被人所關(guān)注和重視。
評(píng)價(jià)一堂課的優(yōu)劣,首先要考慮的是課堂教學(xué)目標(biāo)。但任何一堂課在操作之前都應(yīng)有清晰而明確的教學(xué)目標(biāo)。教學(xué)目標(biāo)是教學(xué)活動(dòng)的預(yù)期結(jié)果,即教學(xué)應(yīng)達(dá)到的程度,它可以克服教學(xué)上的盲目性,是順利進(jìn)行課堂教學(xué)的基本保證和首要環(huán)節(jié)。我們要用發(fā)展的眼光審視教學(xué)目標(biāo),堅(jiān)持面向未來,立足課堂,確定好每節(jié)課的教學(xué)目標(biāo),可以從“知識(shí)技能目標(biāo)”、“過程方法目標(biāo)”、“情感、態(tài)度價(jià)值目標(biāo)”三個(gè)維度進(jìn)行預(yù)設(shè)。所以教學(xué)目標(biāo)是否有效是一堂成功的課,一次有效教學(xué)的必要前提。
二、活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)有效
想要課堂教學(xué)活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)有效,首先活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)要有意義,貼近生活。因此,教師應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)盡量與學(xué)生實(shí)際生活相仿的活動(dòng),以撞擊出學(xué)生靈感的火花,使學(xué)生的思維空間得到拓展,自主、合作、探究創(chuàng)新能力得到發(fā)展。真正做到讓學(xué)生在活中學(xué),在學(xué)中用;顒(dòng)也需人性化、生活化!使“以教材為中心的課堂教學(xué)活動(dòng)”向“以生活區(qū)為中心的教學(xué)活動(dòng)”轉(zhuǎn)變。
三、任務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)有效
任務(wù)型教學(xué)的目的“l(fā)earning by doing”。使學(xué)生在做事過程中發(fā)展語(yǔ)言能力,思維能力以及交流與合作能力從而提高其綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力。教師設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)一方面要貼近生活。另一方面也能滿足學(xué)生在不定將來社會(huì)生活中運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言的需要,為其未來的發(fā)展做準(zhǔn)備所以要布置學(xué)以致用的任務(wù)。在實(shí)現(xiàn)有效教學(xué)的過程中,英語(yǔ)課堂上老師們**教學(xué)的所有活動(dòng),應(yīng)該注意以下幾點(diǎn):
1、所設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)活動(dòng)的語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容是什么?

本單元的話題是What would you like?是學(xué)習(xí)食物內(nèi)容的拓展和延伸。因?yàn)槿昙?jí)上冊(cè)學(xué)了I’d like…句型以及bread, milk等食物單詞,四年級(jí)上冊(cè)學(xué)了What would you like?的句型以及chicken,beef等食物單詞。而本單元就是在此基礎(chǔ)上學(xué)習(xí)Whatwould you like to eat/ drink?的句型以及sandwich,salad, hamburger等食物單詞。
一、在課堂導(dǎo)入環(huán)節(jié),我通過Greetings和Sing a song:What would you like ?拉近與學(xué)生的距離,讓學(xué)生唱一唱,達(dá)到活躍課堂氣氛的效果。而且通過本首歌曲的歌名和內(nèi)容引出話題“食物”,達(dá)到揭示課題的目的。
二、新授環(huán)節(jié)中創(chuàng)設(shè)了一個(gè)情境:邀請(qǐng)同學(xué)們?nèi)ケ貏倏统悦朗场?/p>
(1) T: Wow, boys and girls, you are so friendly and clever, so I want toinvite you to the pizza hut, do you want to go with me? OK , let’s go.
(2)教學(xué)單詞:ice cream ,tea ,hamburger, sandwich, salad.
T: First, I want to introduce 5 kinds of new food for you.

四、當(dāng)鞏固操練問答句型What would you like to eat? I’d like a/an…please./ What would you like to drink? I’d like some…Please.時(shí),先讓他們?cè)跁旧咸顚懽约核c(diǎn)的食物,我扮演pizza hut服務(wù)員的角色。

In some countries young people are encouraged to work or travel for a year between finishing high school and starting university studies.
Discuss the advantages and disadvantages for young people who decide to do this.

It is quite common these days for young people in many countries to have a break from studying after graduating from high school. This trend is not restricted to rich students who have the money to travel, but is also evident among poorer students who choose to work and become economically independent for a period of time.
The reasons for this trend may involve the recognition that a young adult who passes directly from school to university is rather restricted in terms of general knowledge and experience of the world. By contrast, those who have spent some time earning a living or traveling to other places have a broader view of life and better personal resources to draw on. They tend to be more independent, which is a very important factor in academic study and research, as well as giving them an advantage in terms of coping with the challenges of student life.
However, there are certainly dangers in taking time off at that important age. Young adults may end up never returning to their studies or finding it difficult to readapt to an academic environment. They may think that it is better to continue in a particular job, or to do something completely different from a university course. But overall, I think this is less likely today, when academic qualifications are essential for getting a reasonable career.
My view is that young people should be encouraged to broaden their horizons. That is the best way for them to get a clear perspective of what they are hoping to do with their lives and why. Students with such a perspective are usually the most effective and motivated ones and taking a year off may be the best way to gain this.

Language is the best means of communication. In the modern globalization era it is not enough to be able to speak one language to communicate with the outside world. I strongly support the idea that children should begin learning a foreign language as soon as they start school. They faster become familiar with a strange language, improve their hearing ability to understand new words as time goes by and learn new words. In the following paragraphs I will list some reasons to support my position.
First of all, if one wants to see outcome soon, one must start sooner. So, the early children begin to learn new language the better will be the result. Scientists say that a child does not confuse two different languages but learns them more effectively.
Second of all, adults are often afraid to make mistakes when they are speaking in a new language. This fear is one of the biggest barriers for a person in his efforts to speak freely. Otherwise, children do not afraid of making grammatical mistakes because basically they just repeat words and sentences in the way they hear them. Also, children have a better chance to get rid of an accent. They faster get used to the right pronunciation and better feel the melody of a language.
To sum up, I think that it is very essential for children to begin learning a foreign language in their early ages. It is brings many benefits such as great pronunciation. Also, it helps a child develop and gain more knowledge which is good for a long run.
